This beautifully maintained house with its light and spacious interior is equipped to an extremely high standard. Large open plan lounge and dining area which leads onto a ground floor balcony and patio complete with outdoor furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with air-conditioning provided in the lounge . Roof terrace and balcony of the main bedroom have spectacular views of the bay of Andalucia and the Tramuntana mountains complete with table, chairs and sun loungers, making it ideal for relaxing and al fresco dining and watching the spectacular sunsets.

Betlem is a wonderful romantic village in the northeast of the island with beautiful scenery close to the sea and mountains. The coastline is rugged with beautiful little coves to explore. Betlem is ideal for those who want to get away from it all to relax and is ideal for walking or cycling.The village as two excellent restaurants and a small bakery within five minutes walk of each other. A short driveway is the delightful fishing village of Colonia St. Pere with its harbour, shops, restaurants, banks, bars, supermarkets and church. The historic town of Arta is a ten minute drive away which holds its weekly market on a Tuesday morning. Here you will find narrow streets and plazas with some interesting shops. The busy port and town of Alcudia is approx 50min with Pollensa a further 10 min from Alcudia.

  • Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance. Discounts will be given for long term winter lets, negotiable with the oner on an individual basis.
  • Weekly prices are for 7 day rentals from 15-00pm on the first day to 10-00am on the last day. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due six weeks before arrival. Prices include water, electricity, linen and towels (except beach-towels). Cleaning is once a week on a Saturday with change of linen and towels. Extra cleaning can be arranged and paid locally.

Fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee perculator. Towels and linen are provided inclusive of towels for the sun loungers.Guests are requested to provide their own beach towels The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure.
