The apartment is part of a large and refined residence built in 2007.

Three bedrooms: one double and two twin bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, two bathrooms with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned with centralized hot and cold, furnished with designer furniture made to measure. The apartment is equipped with washing machine and TV. In the kitchen: pots and supplies.

Outside the apartment there is a large space with a terrace of about 30 m² equipped for meals where you can reserve the use of the barbecue. There is also a small garden with green lawn.

Donnafugata Relais is located in Marina di Ragusa, a few meters from the sea and about 10 km from the golf course 'Donnafugata Golf Resort' in 2011 was the seat of the Sicilian Open PGA European Tour

Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in Marina di Ragusa, Italy

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people if you want to use the sofa-bed in the living room is the kitchen that you must add 10% to the total rental price. Prices include VAT, weekly change of linen / towels and consumption. The small animals are accepted but subject to a surcharge of 50 euros per week. Not included are the following services: Internet use, bikes, BBQ, linen and weekly cleaning.
The week begins at 17. 00 and ends Saturday at 10 am. 00 the following Saturday. The reservation will be accepted only after the payment of 30% of the amount as a deposit and send the copy of the transfer and of the identity of one of the guests. Upon arrival you will be starting up a report jointly to certify the condition of and facilities in place, making sure your liking. If successful it will be required and the balance of a deposit of 200 €. At the time of departure will be a final check of the apartment to check the status of joint and, if successful, will return the deposit paid.
