Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• All prices are per week (7 nights) for the property, based upon up to 6 guests sharing. Up to 2 additional guests can be accommodated (on the two folding beds provided, which each convert from chairs to single futons) at a supplement of £25 per additional guest per week. Note that these futons are most suitable for children. No supplement is chargeable in respect of infants in cots.
  Discounts may be available for long bookings (more than 2 weeks), except during the High Summer period.
  Heating (electricity and logs), pool heating (in season only) and WiFi Internet access are all included in the price, as is one change of bed linen and towels per week for bookings of more than one week.
• 25% of the total rental rate is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before the booking commences (2 weeks if paid by direct bank transfer). The full rental amount is payable at time of booking for bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement date.
  In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the property and, if successful, any payments made will be returned in full.
• A damages deposit of £300 is payable at the time of making the final balance payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the booking (less any deductions for damages or excessive cleaning costs). The damages deposit will be refunded in full in the event of a cancellation.
