Beautifully furnished 5 bedroom property downtown to sleep 8-10

A charming house set in the heart of Uzès, near the famous provencal market “Place aux Herbes”. Ideally situated in a quite street, it gives easy access by foot to the provencal market, and all the commodities and attractions. There is garage parking at the house. It is quite exceptional to find such a house with pool, garden and garage in the centre of Uzès, with a wonderful view on the countryside. Bright and spacious, with open plan lounge looking onto, the garden and olive trees. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the house is very easy to live in. A baby grand piano and other musical instruments are waiting for budding musicians. The dining area opens through french windows onto the terrace and garden. There are 2 children's rooms and 2 guests' rooms. Also a further TV lounge. The master bedroom comes with a large bathroom and dressing room, overlooking the hills of a roman valley. Outside there is a summer kitchen and barbecue area for outdoor summer dining

Uzès is a vibrant & historic town full of lively restaurants, boulangeries, antique shops and small boutiques. The twice weekly market held in the Place aux Herbes attracts visitors from far and wide. The house has all the advantages of being in a small cultural town surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. For those who love walking and cycling you can go far and wide from our doorstep without needing a car. This includes visiting the nearest vineyard only 100m away !! Swimming in the local Gardon River, canoeing under the fabulous Pont du Gard and hiking along local trails. For those who like visiting the sights, the historic and cultural cities of Avignon, Arles, Montpellier, Aix en Provence, Marseille, Beziers and Orange are all within easy access. Don't miss 'Les Arenes' in Nimes, the 'Pont d'Avignon' and the Duché Castle in Uzes where the Duke is still resident. For beach lovers, the coastline is just over an hour away, driving through the Camargue region to get there.

This is a great place to stay!

This is a fantastic house in the heart of Uzes. It has a great feel to it with plenty of space and easily absorbs 8-10 people. We were two families including 4 children. The kids loved the garden and the large family room. The house is nice and bright with a lovely pool and garden area. The street is quiet and really close to the centre of town so great for popping into the market or going to buy fresh bread in the morning. Having a garage also made life very easy because parking can be difficult in Uzes in the Summer. We had a wonderful time exploring Uzes and the region. Canoeing under the famous Pont du Gard was a particular highlight. It's also rather fun having a good vineyard right on the doorstep! I would thoroughly recommend this house if you are looking for a great holiday in Uzes. Mimi Schein USA

Ravissante maison de caractère

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette maison à Uzes cet été. Les propriétaires sont tout à fait charmant et très accueillant. L'annonce correspond exactement à la réalité.
Le cadre est silencieux et paisible tout en étant à 5mn du centre d'Uzes à pied. Pour les sportifs de magnifiques Jogging dans la vallée de l'Eure sont à porté de foulée et un club de tennis très sympa se trouve au bout de la rue.
La maison et le jardin sont très agréable à vivre.
Seule chose qu'il faut savoir il y a 2 chambres sous le toit et il peut faire un peu chaud la nuit. Par contre les chambres sont très spacieuse ainsi que les sdb.
Pour les "vrais musiciens" il y a un piano à queue et une guitare.
Pas de pbm de parking on peut rentrer sa voiture dans la maison.
Bon séjour à vous aussi.

Top: Une très belle maison de ville.
Top: A deux minutes du centre à pied.
Top: Très bon acceuil du propriétaire, la maison nous a été procure impeccable, femme de ménage passe pendant la semaine.
Top: Envirronnement et voisins calme, piscine bonne temperature, jardin bien entretenu. Jardin ensoleille du matin jusqu'à 19.30
Top: Couchage pour 10 sans se courir devant les pieds, 3 bonnes salles de bains, 3 wc
Top: Garage pouvant garer une Renault Espace.
Top: wifi, tele, machine a laver, machine vaisselle, etc toput confort
