Two apartments in a central location in the historic neighbourhood of Chiado, the most trendy and chic of Lisbon!

At less than one minute from the metro station and the famous electric tram nr 28, the apartments will be a fantastic starting point for discovering Lisbon!

Ideal for groups of friends and families!

In the 3rd floor (no lift) of a famous building in Lisbon due to the 19th century tiles that cover the façade, the two apartments have:

CHIADO TRINDADE I - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, a kitchen fully equipped and a spacious and comfortable living and dining room - Max. occupancy: 10/11 people

CHIADO TRINDADE II - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen fully equipped and a cozy living and dining room - Máx occupancy: 7 people

They can be rented together or separately. If they are rented together there is a door connecting the two apartments and they will become one spacious apartment with capacity up to 18 people

Building is Lisbon's protected heritage!

Built in the area of the extinct Convent of the Holy Trinity, the building is known as 'Casa do Ferreira das Tabuletas', and integrates one of the most original decorative façade of Lisbon's architecture.

It was Manuel Moreira Garcia, the owner of the Cervejaria da Trindade (Trindade beerhouse/brewery), Galician mason and capitalist, who built this building around 1864.

After the construction, the owner hired the painter and tile maker Luis Ferreira, 'o Ferreira das Tabuletas' , to decorate the facade of the building and also the interior of the brewery (now a famous restaurant), installed in the adjacent building.

This decorative program composes itself as a theater setting, that gives a dimension of depth and chromatic richness to the building.

It has freemasonry symbols, connected to the ideals of the holder, with several allegories.

Between the windows of the facade were painted niches with human figures of classical taste, representing the Earth, the Water, the Industry, the Commerce, the Agriculture and the Science.

There are also medallions with heads of lion, being this the heraldic symbol of Manuel Moreira Garcia.

    Final cleaning fee of 30 euros

    Extra person (4 years old or more): 20 Euros / night / person
    To confirm reservation , 25% of total has to paid in advance (the rest in cash at arrival)

    Check-in : from 16 PM and check-out: until 11 AM. If you need a different check-in and check-out hour let us know and if possible we will try to make it flexible.
    Late check-in after 22 PM to 8 AM are subject of a fee of 30 Euros.
