Photos and Description of the Funchal vacation bungalow rental
Sleeps 4 in a quietly located villa within a few minutes drive to best beaches

Casa Guari is located in a lovely and quiet residential area just outside Lagos. Casa Guari is the separate and completley independent right wing of a detached property. The left wing is private and unused. In front of the house laid out is a pretty lawn area with a playground for small children.

The house itself is modern, light and attractively furnished with typically Portuguese accents. Entering from the front is the living room; on the other end a fully equipped open plan kitchen. A corridor to the right leads to 2 bedrooms sharing the bathroom. From the kitchen you go on to the beautiful main garden with some steps leading down to the fantastic pool area and partly covered pool terrace. By the pool is a fully equipped studio apartment (TV, dishwasher etc.) which could sleep 2 more people. There is also a built in BBQ with wash basin.

In short:

A great, very well maintained property with lots of flowers that gives the whole place a welcoming and bright appearance.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rental rates are for 4 people. If you wish to book for 6 people there is an extra charge for the fully equipped studio apartment at the pool.
    Price includes cleaning 2 per week, change of towels 2 per week, change of linen every 7 days and final clean.

    Air conditioning/heating: 70 GBP per week, WLAN on request (charge)
    We may require a damage deposit
  • We require a 30% down payment to secure your reservation, the remainder needs to be paid 2 months prior to arrival.
    You may either pay per bank transfer ot our account or send a cheque. At the moment we are not able to accept credit card payments.
    When we have received your final payment we will mail/send instructions how to find our property and how to collect keys.
    If you wish for different payment arrangements please let us know.
