We are retired and have been renting through Abritel for 5 years. We love architecture and art.

The house is located in the centre of one of the most beautiful villages of France. Saint-Paul is a village full of art and history overlooking the sea and surroundings with a unique countryside.

We have been renting through Abritel for 5 years for other vacation rentals and we have many returning tenants who love our properties.

The house is in the heart of a historic village and was recently renovated completely by an architect and a decorator. Located between Cannes and Nice, it is close to the beach and all cultural, artistic and sport activities. There is a large selection of restaurants, 2 of which offer gourmet cuisine, a grocery store, taxis and bus nearby, as well as a spa next to the village...

Perfect house in a perfect village !

We had the pleasure of staying at Bernard's and Lien's property for 10 days. Our hosts went out of their way and waited for us and welcomed us warmly after our 6 hr delay in arriving, The house is as described and warm and inviting and we immediately felt at home. it has the modern amenities and yet retains the original stone walls and ceilings and history associated with it. Coffee and wine were left for us to find and we enjoyed both on the terrace daily. we were introduced to Carmen who makes the best gelato in the world and Michel who owns the small café and I would tiptoe out in the morning and pick up croissants for our breakfast. the location of the house is perfect in the village and right across from the church (front of the house) and we witnessed 2 weddings ! Evening walks on cobblestone lanes are so very peaceful. it is effortless to slip into the French lifestyle and we didn't want to leave. Thank you Bernard and LIen for all of your hospitality and for inviting us for lunch at your beautiful villa in Eze. It was a beautiful end to a perfect trip. looking forward to seeing you again next year. Monique & Francesco

We felt like a local staying in this villa!

We stayed in this wonderful villa for 2 weeks. It is in the heart of the old medieval village of St Paul de Vence. You truly do feel like a local when you stay here. Plus, it is directly across from the beautiful old church which is the highest point in the village. Therefore, the villa is also one of the highest points in the village so you have magnificent views from the terrace. I was very surprised at how large the villa was. It easily accommodated my husband and I and our 3 children (ages 9,9,8). There are basically 4 levels with a room on each level. I love that the top level has the kitchen and sitting area where the balcony is. I sat out on the balcony every morning. It was wonderful to be in the midst of all the art galleries, shops, and amazing restaurants. We were right next to a wonderful creperie and we would get freshly made pastries and coffee from them every morning and savory crepes for lunch and chocolate crepes for snack. Also, we loved the gelato place that is also next to the villa. From St Paul, the cities of Vence, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Nice, Cannes were all an easy drive (less than an hour). I also want to mention that Bernard and Lien were very accommodating. Lien responded quickly to my emails and phone calls when arranging our stay. Bernard met us in St Paul when we arrived and showed us everything about the villa and also gave us a quick walking tour around St Paul de Vence. Staying in this villa really made our trip even more enjoyable than I could have imagined.

Authentique et magique

Nous connaissions le village extraordinaire de St Paul et nous avons vraiment eu de la chance de pouvoir y séjourner 3 jours dans cette maison située au sommet du village.
L'endroit est décoré avec goût, avec un charme authentique sans pour autant faire de concession sur le confort moderne.
Mentionnons aussi cette vue magnifique, à laquelle les photos ne rendent pas assez justice, une vue que nous avons pu profiter du petit déjeuner au dîner.
Pour ne rien gâcher, nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires extrêmement gentils et attentionnés.
Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison à tous ceux qui aiment les vieilles pierres et les villages perchés.
