The only authentic residential complex on the island of Lefkada.

Villagio Magnolia is located in Syvros, Lefkada is the only residential complex on the island of Lefkada thah has been declared an historical monument by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

The complex was built in 1866by the ancestors of the current owners.

It is located in the center of the village in an area of 8.000 sq.m. and surrounded by old stone walls that ensure the privacy of the residence.

After the renovation of the residential complex back to its original form it is offered for high quality holidays with all modern comforts and facilities.

What differentiates them is the serenity and charm of the houses, the gardens and the historical atmosphere that emerges from them.

There are four houses 'Rodia', 'Elia', 'Daphne' and 'Mirtia', all surrounded by gardens with pergolas, huge swimming pool, bbq, traditional wood oven and large trees.

Bedrooms and living rooms have nice view to the enchanting gardens.

From the living rooms there is direct access through arched doors to the gardens.

From the gardens the sea view is breathtaking.

There is private parking, next to the complex.

Pets are allowed.

Syvros is a beautiful village with running water, caves, watercourses and excellent climate. Trails lead to sites with springs and rare herbs.

The owners of the complex run also a traditional tavern named 'TOMATO' with greek-mediterranean dishes 50m away from the complex.

Upon request we may offer breakfast and lunch at home.

Just 50 meters from the complex are traditional taverns, bakeries and mini-markets with local products.
