Magomadas is in the western coast of the island, at 230 mts altitude, near Bosa and not far away from Alghero, one of Sardinia's jewel towns, on the Marghine hills and Planargia with its highly esteemed naturalistic area where some of the last griffon vulture's mediterannean colonys live and with its uncontamined depths of red coral grassland. To the Marghine upland belongs the heighest concentration of pre-nuraghic and nuraghic monuments.
The hills degrading from Magomadas to the sea gives a charming panorama on the farmland with olivegroves and vineyards where the precious Bosa Malmsey is produced.
