Luxury apartment only100m from the beach. Ideal for summer or winter holidays. A self catering holiday that will allow you all of your desires. Just 35 minutes to the Troodos mountains were you can Snow ski in the winter & water ski, being just 2 minutes from the beach. Water sports are available just 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. This apartment is fully equiped. TV/ Audio/ Satellite/ Air con/ Heating/ Kitchen has granite worktops/ceramic hob/ microwave/ dishwasher/washing machine. It has a large balcony that is a must in the hot summer months seating 6 people. The balcony benifites from an L shap allowing washing to be dried without compromising on the entertaining area, again this is a must in the hot season. The apartment is 99sq m.

Shopping in the old town is just 15min away & the tourist center with many bars and nightclubs is just 5 minutes away by taxi. There are many local bars & tavernas just a few minutes walk away, but you are secluded from it. The Troodos mountains are just 35min away, Paphos is 40 min away. This is the perfect place to explore & enjoy Cyprus. Trips to Egypt are also available just 15min away.
