Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. It sleeps up to 10 people, including use of a double sofa bed in the family room. A crib and high chair are also available.

Our unique Orlando villa has 2 master ensuite bedrooms with king size beds plus 2 twin-bedded rooms sharing a third bathroom, making it ideal for 2 families sharing or four golfing buddies. No arguments about which family has the best bedrooms! At 30 feet long the oversize, south facing pool is great fun too... we've also added a multi-gym, air bike, indoor soccer, full size pool and air hockey tables. For those who want to stay in touch, high speed wi-fi internet and a Vonage phone package for many free local & international calls are included.

Perfect Florida holiday accommodation for an extended family visiting Disney, a golfing, outdoor and wildlife vacation, winter snow birds - or just partners seeking peace, quiet and their own space. We have welcomed guests from Canada, UK, Europe and the USA to our Orlando holiday home.

Situated on the US27 just North of the 192 and just West of Disney, Mission Park is easily accessible for all attractions around the Orlando area, and for the Gulf or Atlantic coasts (about an hour’s drive to the West or East respectively).

We hope you will enjoy the villa and surrounding area as much as we do during our regular visits. Whether it is theme parks, golf, shopping or just relaxation you need it’s all right there or close by.

The Orlando area has a huge variety of activities including Amusement Parks (try out Harry Potter at Universal, or visit the newly opened Legland), Water Parks, Swamp Tours, Aligator Parks, Outlet Shopping, Night Clubs, Driving Challenges, Golf, Indoor Skydiving, Restaurants for all budgets, Ice Cream Stores and more.

For a different day out you could head for the Atlantic or Gulf coasts and beaches (about an hour in each direction, to find Atlantic surfing or Gulf reef fish) - or just relax by your own private pool with an ice-cold drink.....

Stay at our Luxury family villa - so much better and probably less expensive than cramped hotels or motels. We have tried to think of everything you might need for your vacation. Equipped and maintained to a very high standard, facilities include south facing private heated oversized pool, gym/ games room, TVs in all bedrooms, free wifi broadband and phone calls. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa sleeps up to 10 people and is available to rent as a vacation home convenient for visiting the Florida attractions of Orlando, Tampa (Busch Gardens) or even Miami. Beaches are within an hour's drive. Doorstep days out include Disney, Legoland, Kennedy, SeaWorld and Universal. Close to International Drive with its fashion outlet stores, cheap helicopter flights, ‘Wet and Wild’ and Kissimmee swamp tours, this Mission Park home is within minutes of shopping, championship 18 hole or leisurely 9 hole golf, Lake Louisa National Park, Cagan’s Crossing village, Clermont Old Town and Davenport. Westridge Management provides local support and advice for our guests, while neighbours are happy to say ‘hi’ or even share a BBQ on this small, safe and friendly gated community. A lovely place to come and relax.

Notes

  • Published rates do not include sales tax at 11% (7% Lake County and 4% Tourist). A £200 or equivalent deposit will be required at the time of booking with payment in full six weeks before arrival. We ask for a refunable deposit in the currency of your rental which will sent back to you two weeks after departure following clean and damage inspection. Pool heat if required will cost £15 per day or £100 weekly. Not normally required from May until the end of October.
    We prefer payment from American or Canadian guests in Dollars ($) by check or money order mailed to our management company. For British guests we accept bank transfer or a sterling (£) cheque to our UK address. Guests from the EU can pay by International bank transfer in Sterling (£) direcly to our UK bank, or in euros (€) into our French bank account. We also accept Paypal with a 5% surcharge.

Very nice villa. Close to parks, shopping, restaurants. Great south facing pool so you get sun most of the day. The owners and management people were excellent to deal with. Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

A wonderful house in which we had a great stay. There were two families, 7 people in total, and the two double and two twin bedrooms worked perfectly for us.
The whole place is very comfortable and has everything you need for a luxury self catering break. The park is secure, quiet, very well located, and supermarkets are no more than 2 miles away. The amenities in the house are second to none, the aircon works perfectly, the pool is wonderful, the web access is high speed, and the tv is HD, (if you like wall to wall adverts in HD). There is plenty of room for two families to sit, eat, relax, plenty of cutlery, crockery etc. Fridge is huge. Games in garage a welcome extra, although we were all too old to take full advantage.
The house is very well located for all of the usual Orlando attractions, but just separated by enough distance to not be dominated by them or the collateral effects, like traffic.
Anyhow, we loved the place, and will stay again, and if you like self catering, with 3 bathrooms, your own pool, peace and quiet, and a secure, yet convenient location, this place is for you.

Villa Foss - highly recommended

We stayed at the villa from 17 March - 3 April 2012. There were 7 people in our group. From the time of booking until our arrival, the owner was very helpful, answering all our queries promptly. Upon our arrival at the villa, we found it exactly as described. It was very comfortable, clean and well maintained with a good sized pool and deck area.
From the villa it is an easy drive to the Disney Parks along the US27 and 192. There is a good selection of restaurants on the 192 to suit different budgets and tastes. We enjoyed the Houlihans Buffet brunch. In the evening, the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant served delicious Italian food and there was always a queue waiting for a table.
There is a Walmart supermarket and a Publix supermarket a short drive from the Villa. We used the Publix and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
During our stay we contacted the Management Company about the pool heating, and their response to our call was quick and efficient.
Upon our return to the UK, the owner contacted us promptly to refund our security deposit.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone visiting this area of Florida.

The perfect place to relax in the sun

The house is perfectly appointed - two enormous bedrooms en suite and two further double rooms each with its own bathroom. The living area leads directly on to the pool area, and the kitchen is open plan so that mum is not excluded when preparing meals. If the good size pool is not enough, the garage houses exercise machines!
We enjoyed a superb steak in a local eatery and then decided that in the heat of Florida, the perfect place to eat it would be beside the pool. We bought steaks from the supermarket and had a BBQ that day, and the next....and the next. The steaks there are fabulous! The Homasassa zoo and a visit to the manatees is well worth a visit and a ride on an air boat in the everglades a great experience.

Great place for a family with teens!

As a family with teens we all had such a good time at your home. Everyone had their own bedroom space and TV, with a warm and clean private pool that was big enough for us all to splash around for hours each evening. Eating out a Chili's was favorite, but for unlimited teen-size meals the all-you-can eat Chinese buffets for lunch or dinner kept us well within budget.

Daytimes were busy with visits to the big rides at Universal and Busch Gardens, sometimes we just dropped our teens there and collected them later, so we could head off to walk the Lake Louise park or manage a quick 9 holes at Polo Park.

For a break from the big rides we took in Wet-and-Wild water rides and toured the lights and diners of International Drive, even managed to introduce them to some wildlife on the airboat ride and at the Alligator park.

Everyone had a great time and wanted to stay forever..... Thanks for sharing your lovely home and for some great recommendations to get the most from our budget.
