In the south of the island, the temperature is between 23' and 35ª all year. On Tenerife there is a lot of different activities to enjoy.: The Loro Park ( may be the best animals park in Europe), the shows are unforgettable. The Aqualand ( a very big water park for children and adults). The carmen Motta Show( one of the bigger Flamenco show of Spain) . You can also discover the dolphins and whales by boat or do Jet-ski and dive on the Atlantic ocean. Near the villa are located karts and quads area. The youngest people can enjoy many English and Spanish pubs and discos in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. On the island, you 'll see a lot of very different landscapes ( Masca, Los Gigantes, La orotava, Taganana).The visit of the Teide( volcano) and his Lava fields are famous.

Just beautiful home

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. Firstly It was very clean. There is everything you could wish for from fully fitted kitchen to large beds and bed rooms. The lounge was very comfortable. The area was also very safe.

The area is quite new so you will need a car to get to the bigger shopping- and entertaiment centers.

We will definitely come back here someday and recommend this property to all our friend

Silent picturesque place for good rest

The house is not in Los Crictianos, and in small town Pal Mar (by the car to Los Crictianos 10 minutes).
The house is in territory of the closed complex. Very well-groomed beautiful territory. Big pool, but very cold.

In Palm Mar there are shops and small restaurants. We recommend restaurant Tapati with complex Villas de Palm Mar.
The house is very good, pure. There are all conditions for comfortable rest. For us it was very important that is around silent and quiet, and it was.
Near to Palm Mar there is very much a beauty spot where it is possible will take pleasure in walks and landscapes.
If the pool was warmer and in a city there was a beach (on a photo a beach in Los Crictianos), the estimation would be Excellent.

Lovely, clean house on quiet resort

Just returned from 10 days (Feb 2009) had fantastic weather and enjoyed staying at the house in question.
Perfect for children as it's very quiet (lots of stairs though if you have young kids) but you will need a car as there is not much in walking distance. The swimming pool is only open between 10 and 5pm and I don't think it's heated. There is a convenience store and cafe/bar across the road, which is good and a park and a few restaurants down the road but not a lot of choice.
The house is great for a quiet base.
