Disney Dreams is a luxurious self catering villa with the WOW factor & you won't be disappointed. In the prestiguous community of Calabay Parc @ Towerlake Haines City with secured gates. Themed twin bedrooms featuring Sponge Bob & Americana. This beautiful summer holiday rental home is located for easy access to Disney, Universal and all attractions. We currently have one of the largest South facing pool with special features including water streamers/sprays (the kids will love them) & underwater coloured changing mood lighting, 6ft spa with extended decking. All rooms have cable tv,dvd players in both master rooms, lounge has dvd player & stereo music centre. All bedrooms have luxury upgraded bedding and furniture. The villa has a games room featuring pool & air hockey tables. We are inclose proximity for Southern Dunes & Champions Gate golf courses & many more in the surrounding area. Walmart 2 mins drive & Posner Park 7 miles,Eagle Ridge Shopping mail 25-30 mins drive

Unique pool with spectacular water sprays & streamers with under water colour changing mood lights the only one of its kind at Tower Lake at the moment! Extra decking & 6ft spa/jacuzzi. This goes down very well with the kids as they can have great fun in the pool while mum & dad can relax! 41' flatscreen LCD in lounge with DVD/video player, seperate stero player for CDs. Both master rooms have super king size beds (US), en-suit & private door to pool area. One Twin bedroom has a PS2 console and the other Twin has an Xbox 360 both game consoles have games, so hopefully no arguing between the kids. Due to the pool being south facing & there is no shade, we have 3 umbrellas for guests to use with stand & the whole pool area is covered with a mesh fencing. There is also a safety gate & fence around the pool area, plenty of floats, arm bands, noodles, croccodile & whale float etc for the kids to play with or adults! We also provide high chair, strollers, booster seat, grib & bedding & bed guard for guests to use, please request as they are locked away all free of charge!

Situated on the H27 Haines City, 7 mins from I 4 & 20mins for 192. 10/15 mins max to Disney World & approx 30/40 mins to Universal. 10 mins drive to 192 as if you us the I 4 you can cut out alot of traffic at the begining of the 192.

Luxurious villa

Lovely villa and first impressions were great. Villa was very clean and well-maintained, even better than we expected. Location of villa is perfect. Close to all the theme parks. Visiting the theme parks is wonderful but also very tiring. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi especially after an exiting day in an theme park. Supermarket and the
shopping malls are also very close. Communication with owner and management of villa was perfect. We have an enjoyable holiday and we can recommend this villa to everybody.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Great Time

House was great, We went down to Orlando to get married from Calgary Alberta Canada, I had some extra request for the occasion that Janice and Becky went out of there way to help me with and it really made it a special arrival. House was great, pool was great and communication with Janice when we thought the pool wasn't working was awesome responses with in a hour of sending. Never used the games room and we all to busy in the pool with the little extra time we had.

One issue we had was not enough hours in the day to do everything if Janice could fix this issue it would be 100% :)

will return and will inquire about this property again.

Ideal Holiday Destination and accomodation

This was our second stay at this wonderful Villa. The house was exactly the same as our last visit two years ago, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Janice has added a new flat screen TV in the lounge, X-box 360 in the kids bedroom.
Pool was amazing and hot tub was much needed after a day in the parks. Manny's chophouse still a must visit, and we had a fantastic air boat ride at Camp Mick's Airboat tours with Jim as our skipper. We cannot recommend this villa enough, the previous reviews say it all really, if your staying in / or near Orlando this villa is great accomodation. We hope to stay again in the future.

BEST HOLIDAY EVER!!!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!! This was the our first visit to America and we loved every minute of it. We loved coming home at night to the villa, which has everything you could think of you would need in a home and is beautifully decorated and super clean.The pool and the jacuzzi were prefect and a great thing to come home to at night after a long day out and about. The villa is about 15 mins by car from the main attraction i.e Disney and universal studios and sea world, prefect location, Walt mart 2 mins drive from house and restaurants near by.
Janice (the owner) was amazing, any questions I had she would answer really quickly and even when I asked question about car hire and other bits and bobs, she would always answer and help in any way possible.
Hoping to go again next year and take my parents, would recommend anyone who has a chance to book this villa to do it!!!

A Wonderful Week

We spent a relaxing week in this beautiful home. Upon our arrival we could not help but notice how well laid out and clean this home was. We had a party of 10 and there was room for everyone. Not only was there enough room, but we were all comfortable. The pool area was very well kept and clean. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils and kitchenware we needed for comfortable meals. All in all, it could not have been better. We are hoping to secure the same home on our next trip to the area!
