Our spacious luxury villa enjoys a quiet residential setting just 5 minutes from the centre of Tarpon Springs and the famous Greek sponge docks. The home is furnished to a high standard and beautifully maintained with three bedrooms (one master bedroom ensuite overlooking the pool, one double and one twin bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 6 and the living area has a large cable TV and DVD and HD. The master bedroom also has cable TV and DVD and HD. Internet access is also available free of charge. Linen and towels are provided. You can relax by our private screened solar heated pool (electric pool heating optional). Depending on the season, pick your own oranges or lemons right off our trees to make fresh lemonade and juice. This home is true Florida at it's best. Beautiful beaches are a five min drive and there are a lot of excellent restaurants, shops and fantastic golf courses nearby. Detailed information is provided in a welcome pack at the villa.

The villa is located in Tarpon Springs just five mins from the famous Greek sponge docks where you can take a trip on sponge diving boats or a sea fishing trip on the local flats or into the Gulf of Mexico. Tarpon Springs is also home to some excellent sea food restaurants. Fred Howard national park offers a beautiful beach and an ideal location for water sports and salt water fishing. Clearwater beach is only 25 mins drive south of the villa.

Florida is famous for its fantastic golf courses and the villa is ideally positioned to enable you to take the opportunity to play some of Florida's best including Fox Hollow, World Woods and Lake Jovita. The villa is located close to Highway 19 which has numerous excellent restaurants and shopping malls within very short driving distance. Busch Gardens is only 30 min drive into Tampa south, and Orlando with Disney World, Sea World, Wet n Wild and Universal being only one and half to two hours drive.

Notes

  • Weeks including a UK bank holiday are charge at a rate of £525 per week. Please contact us if you wish to stay for less than 1 week as we may well be able to accommodate you.
    For those wishing to pay in USD we have fixed the rate at $750 normal times $825 including bank holiday.
  • A 20% deposit is payable on booking: no contract can be accepted without a completed booking form. Deposits are not refundable. Balance to be paid 2 months prior to rental period. £100 security deposit returned approx 2 weeks after rental period upon satisfactory property inspection minus any telephone call charges that may apply.Cancellation charges:More than 42 days before arrival - Deposit only.  41-28 days before arrival - 30% of total cost.  27-14 days before arrival - 50% of total cost.  13-7 days before arrival - 70% of total cost.  Less than 7 days before arrival - Total cost.
  • If you wish to use the electric pool heater there is an additional charge of £50 per week, which must be paid prior to your arrival.

My family of four (myself, wife and the two kids) enjoyed our lovely vacation in Florida. This Tarpon Springs home is a nice and easy drive to where you want to get to. We went as far as Downtown Disney after a stop at Legoland. We were in Tampa quite a bit, but the drive is very easy to get there. We love our day outing in downtown Tarpon Springs, had a very delicious Greek lunch (the large Gyros), boat ride to learn about Tarpon Springs which include a trip to an island to pick some shells and we managed to pick up a couple of great bottles of wine before leaving downtown.
This home has all the amenities we need. The kids especially loved the pool. Tim: thanks for sharing your home with us. You are in great hands with Mark helping managing your place. Mark is great to work with when I had any questions. Definitely helps with him living just a few doors down. We would love to come back to this home, if available, when we are back in this area again.

Lovely villa

We loved this villa. It was exactly what we were looking for - a decent base in a fabulous yet quiet location. The villa was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities and we had such a great time. Everything was in good working order and we loved coming back to the villa after days out and about exploring the area.
The swimming pool is great for private quiet relaxing moments - we also had fun playing water volleyball. The area of Tarpon Springs is well worth a visit. Shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses and supermarkets are a short drive away.
The villa was everything we wanted and more. It was truly great value for money and the owners were very helpful. They gave loads of information about things to do in the area and even left local take-away menus and recommended the best restaurants.
We will definitely return in the future. We would highly recommend!

Nice three bedroom villa with pool. Being renovated so some bits great, some in need of tlc, but all in good condition. Very close to the Sponge Docks where you can take boat trips out, and nice shops. Can highly recommend the cakes in Hela bakery! Villa is moments away from the busy 19 which runs down to Tampa. About 50- 60 mins from Busch Gardens etc. Check out the huge flea market while you are here. Property manager lived just up the cul de sac, so was on hand for any problems, though we encountered none. Kitchen was well equipped, and there were games etc in the cupboard along with a drawer full of brochures. A bit far from Tampa if you wanted to do a lot there, but we found enough to do without making that trip.

Lots of renovations taken place this year as well as the outside of villa just painted all over, solar panels installed and pool decking area renovated also.
Lots to do in the area, as you said ,and we agree totally on the Hella's bakery!! Yum

Good Accomodation, Good Location, Good Service

We stayed at Linn Harbor as the villa that we had stayed in previously was booked for the period that we could fit in. We were pleased that this place was nearer the coast than previously and also nearer the US 19 with every facility that the US can offer.

It lived up to its description; the house was clean, spacious and especially well equipped, with a pool big enough for our needs.

We knew the area pretty well but continued to find new and interesting places locally, some guided by the excellent orientation book left at the house. We even had a takeaway Thanksgiving Day lunch on Thanksgiving Day from Cody's, nearby!

Our best recommendation is that we are booking again for the coming winter.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
