The villa is set in tranquil countryside near the village of Paderne. The villa is very private as it is at the end of a country lane. The ground floor of the villa has a kitchen, large lounge/dining room, and bedroom with large bathroom opposite. Patio doors in the lounge lead out to terraces and BBQ area and large 10 metre x 5 metre pool, incorporating a paddling pool. All this is on the same level for easy access. The first floor of the villa has three bedrooms all en-suite, the larger of the three having a balcony. The villa is furnished to a very high standard.

The villa is situated 3 kilometres from the picturesque village of Paderne, with pleasant cafe`s, restaurants and local shops i.e. chemist, grocers, post office and paper shop. Within 10 to 20 minutes drive there are water parks, Zoo Marine, many superb golf courses and all types of water sports. The Algarve shopping mall is only 12 minutes away with food halls, 10 pin bowling, cinema, supermarket and many luxury shops. The villa with its magnificent views over Foral in the centre of a walkers paradise.
