Wir waren im Oktober/November 2009 in dieser empfehlenswerten Anlage. Wir waren begeistert und können es ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen. Es sind allerdings nur 3 Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer können wohl noch zwei Personen schlafen würde ich aber nicht empfehlen. Also für 6 Personen absolut ausreichend und geräumig. Die Lage ist genial, 5 Minuten vom Strand, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ruhig und sicher. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und alles vorhanden. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war sowohl vor als auch während des Aufenthalts konkret direkt und vorbildlich. Mit Freunden werden wir ggf. nächstes Mal wieder dorthin gehen und können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Shoppingmöglichkeiten (große Mall im Süden und Factory Outlet im Norden) sind mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Miami ist 120 Meilen entfernt und gut für einen Tagesausflug. Airboattour und Everglades mit Krokodilen pur (Indianerreservat-Aussichtsturm) sind ca. 50 Meilen Richtung Miami zu empfehlen. Das Buzz-Lighthouse Restaurant, 9180 Gulf Shore Drive direkt in der Vanderbuilt Beach ist unser Lieblingsrestaurant geworden, sowohl zum Lunch als auch zum Dinner 100 Punkte. Für ein Restaurant absolut günstig und klasse. Da stimmt alles.

Erholung mit Komfort - Besser geht's kaum

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienvilla. Wir haben die Villa mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind (2 Jahre) angemietet. Es war traumhaft schön. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Poollandschaft mit den schönen Wasserfällen und dem beheizbaren Jacuzzi. Unsere Tochter konnten wir nur schwer vom Pool trennen. Für Kinder ein absolutes Muß. Die Villa hatte alles, was man braucht - von der Kücheneinrichtung bis zu den Handtüchern - es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut. Ca. 1 km bis zum schönen Vanderbilt Strand mit dem Delnor Wiggins Park (5$ Eintritt pro Auto, Parkplätze sicher, Duschen, WC, Picknick-Plätze, kein Massentourismus am Strand - wirklich sehr schön.). Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Walmart) ganz in der Nähe. Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Für Kinder gab es genügend Strandzubehör (von der Poolnudel bis zum Sandeimer). Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir planen jetzt schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort. Also nur zu empfehlen!!!!
