4 Bed villa with 2 masters and extra large pool in Rolling Hills

Situated in the prestigious Rolling Hills development, our beautiful light and airy home provides the perfect location for trips to the theme parks and numerous championship golf courses in the Orlando area. Excellent shopping and dining facilities are only 1 mile away. Brightly furnished with many upgrade features the villa provides ideal accommodation for 1 or 2 families. Our extra large pool with underwater light enjoys day long sunshine on an extended deck. Located on a corner plot for additional space and privacy. 4 bedrooms with 2 masters each with en suite, cable tv and king size beds. The 2 twin rooms have new beds and cable tv. Additional family bathroom. Spacious living room with comfy sofas and 40 inch flat screen TV. New games room. Internet and free tel calls to the UK. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Air conditioned throughout. Management agents can arrange theme park tickets etc. All linen provided, just come and relax!

Located in Orlando Florida, our family villa is 3 miles from Disney and minutes from Universal and Sea World. Several championship golf courses nearby including Disney. Nearest shops and restaurants only 1 mile away. Enjoy the Florida experience by taking less than an hour to drive to the nearest beautiful beaches. Orlando International airport is only 25 mins drive away. Avoid those long traffic jams by staying close to Mickey Mouse and make your Florida vacation a Disney celebration for the children to remember.

From my first contact with Trevor he replied promptly to all my queries (and I had a lot of questions!). This was our 6th stay in the Rolling Hills subdivision and our 1st in this villa. Villa was just as described on the website and in a quiet location. The pool was a good size, got the sun all day and the heat was perfect. My daughter said it was like swimming in a warm bath. The kitchen was all equipped although I have to confess we ate out every day. There was plenty of seating in the living area and the wifi and free international calls helped us stay in touch with home without having to pay roaming charges. There was lots of wardrobe space and the king size beds were very comfy. Found the keyless entry pad brilliant, no worrying about keys. Games room was well equipped. The villa is exactly 10 minutes drive from Magic Kingdom and it's only a 20-25 minute drive to Universal Studios. The outlets are very close by and can recommend the Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel and Black Angus for dinner and IHOP for breakfast. Would happily stay here again.

We would just like to thank you on the excellent villa that you have in Kissimmee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there in May 2009. The property was very clean when we arrived, and well maintaned. The layout of the rooms are just as shown on the pictures. The kids enjoyed the pool.
The location of the villa in relation to all amenities is also great. Just a couple of minutes to the nearest shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
It only took us 10 minutes (sometimes less) to drive to the Disney parks, and would not hesitate in recommending this villa to our friends and family.
Thanks again for a lovely relaxing stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
