A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment ten minutes walk from two championship golf courses on the prestigious winter garden complex there is a very private pool area which is heated kiddies pool & pool bar also on site you have pedros, superb restaurant a floodlit international bowls green gym, jacuzzi & sauna the bowls bar ,a snooker room winter garden is next door to some nice eating places & tastes are catered for on your door step you have a Chinese restaurant, bistro 27 & a Spanish restaurant also nearby is the wild geese Irish bar if you walk down to the nearby seafront you will find a fish restaurant, a Mexican, & the highly recommended harbour lights restaurant. While you are down here check out the lovely nearby marina. A 10 minute walk along the coast brings you to San Blas resort, this is a very busy resort with bars & lots of places to eat there is nightly entertainment & a large Netto supermarket, also a short walk away is a local fishing village Los Abrigos highly recommended.

Golf de sur is the fastest growing area in Tenerife without the hustle & bustle of Los Americas & Los Cristiano's. Although both these resorts are only a short bus ride away both championship golf courses are within walking distance of the apartment which is sandwiched between them both and if you fancy a spot of fishing you can hire a boat from the nearby marina which is on your doorstep there are coach tours available to all parts of the Island including Loro Parque mount Tiede & the capital Santa Cruz golf de sur is only 5kms from Tenerife south airport, so a 10 minute taxi ride and you are there. With sunshine all the year round what are you waiting for?

Apartment really nice & spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. Apartment very clean, Home from home, all you need in apartment. Local to all amenities, Bowling Green (flat) on site, shops, bars & restaurants. A short stroll to the beach where you will find more restaurants & shops & Marina with beautiful views & shrot walk along the coast to San Blas.
Tam was great & so accommodating for our needs, contactable to answer any queries - Thanks Tam. This apartment comes highly reccommended. Look forward to booking with you again. Sandra (Staffordshire).

Lovely relaxing holiday

My time at the apartment was fantastic. We have two boys and they had a ball. The pool was spotless as was the apartment and the complex. Location was reasonably quiet but plenty of places to eat and the local transport into Las Americas was excellent. There was entertainment in one of the nearby hotels where we could join in which catered for all ages.

I would really recommend this apartment as with it's location, you can make it as quiet or lively as you wish.

we had a wonderful time at the apartment everything was perfect on arrival
thank you for the milk & tea etc. it was great to have that in the apartment especially since we were delayed 1 & a half hrs.
weather was nice and warm and we were able to use the pool
will certainly recommend & return again
