The villa is situated on a very pretty, private and enclosed complex, just five minutes drive away from Moraira, where you will find a lovely beach, marina, Friday market, numerous shops and restaurants. The complex boasts a very large communal pool with good-sized shallow and deep ends, surrounded by bougainvillea-clad walls and palm trees. From the upper terrace of the house there are wonderful views of the surrounding valley and hills and a glimpse of the sea. The accommodation downstairs comprises a well-equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area with a real effect gas fire and a WC/shower room with a washing machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one double, one twin and one small room with bunk-beds, all with fitted cupboards. Doors from the double bedroom lead onto a terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a full bathroom upstairs and a large landing with fitted cupboards. The house has air-conditioning, TV (not satellite), DVD/stereo and radio/cassette.

Moraira is a very pretty town with a gorgeous blue flag sandy beach, stylish marina, exclusive shops, bars, restaurants and a Friday market selling everything from food to shoes! Moraira has no high rise developments to spoil its charm, due to strict planning restrictions. The beautiful cove of El Portet is only five minutes drive and the scenic towns of Denia, Javea and Calpe are all within easy reach. The Terra Mitica theme park, aqua park and Marine World in Benidorm are also a 30 minute drive if you fancy a thrill seeking day! You can enjoy wonderful walks and waterfalls in the Jalon Valley or a games of golf at the 18 hole courses of La Sella, Oliva Nova or Altea. There is also a nine hole course in Moraira. The coastline boasts many fine white sandy beaches and stunning mountain scenery. Moraira is one hour's drive from Alicante airport and one hour and twenty minutes from Valencia airport.

Notes: The villasleeps 6 and is ideal for families. A travel cot and linen and high chair are provided for infants. Bed linen is provided, but please take your own beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery, etc, for 6 people, together with an electric toaster, kettle, mircowave and iron. A TV/DVD (not statellite) player is provided, together with some dvds. You may take your own dvds or you can rent them cheaply in Moraira.
