This fantastic, completely refurbished villa with private pool, offers unbeatable accommodation for all the family. It has been furnished in a Classical and modern mixed luxury style and offers real comfort for all the family. Nestling in a secluded Cul-de-Sac in a mature garden plot filled with exotic plants, the whole place is geared to relaxation, whilst being only 10 minutes away from the buzz and fun of Lloret de Mar. Four double bedrooms, 2 ensuite. One of the bedrooms is actually a seperate Chalet. Spacious Living Room with 42' plasma TV and windows facing out to the garden. Tea and coffee break area off the seperate modern kitchen, . Set in a quite residential location, a large outside patio and dining area leads to the pool and barbecue, and on up to multiple terraces, where you can enjoy extensive views across the countryside and the nearby Pyrenees. Easily accessible to all coastal resorts along the Costa Brava, to Barcelona, Girona and the Pyrenees.

Lloret Blau is situated just 5 minutes drive from the busy resort of Lloret de Mar. In Lloret you can find all the night life your heart desires, knowing you can leave all that noise behind and return to the more tranquil area of your Villa. Golf course is just 5 minutes away. Lloret Blau (where your Villa is located) is truly a gem of the Costa Brava. Water World a very large aquatic park is very near, Marineland with their Dolfin shows and great water park, a great day out for all the family, a free bus service is offered from the bus station in Lloret. Blanes, the next town along the coast hosts the yearly fireworks festival the last 2 weeks of July. Sand castle competitions, Foam Canons, Dancing and many more events, all for free. A must see extravaganza. The Villa is just 20 minutes from Gerona Airport, just 5 minutes from the main autoroute and 5 minutes to the nearest beach this is a perfect starting point to explore Catalonia and enjoy some authentic Spanish culture.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non refundable 500 euro deposit must be paid to secure a booking, only on receipt of this is the booking blocked.
    The rest of the rental is to be paid no later that 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A 1000 euro refundable security deposit is required and payable with last installment of rental.
    This deposit is returned no later than 10 days after departure, with any damages, telephone, heating or air conditioning deducted.
    Renters under 25 years will not be accepted. There is a restriction on the number of teenagers or young adults in any one booking. Same sex groups are discouraged.
  • We will not rent to a group leader under 25 years of age.
    The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing.

  • The villa is cleaned each week on Saturday. All linen must be left folded and ready for pickup by 10 am. Beach/pool towels are also provided, however these must be left washed and dry for the next guests. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for express laundry service. The pool is also cleaned once a week, however this is carried out on Thursdays or Fridays. Heating and air conditioning if needed are charged as per usage.

Something for everyone.

We rented the villa the last week of June 2008 with a group of 5, ourselves and daughters 20 and 16 and nephew 20. The accomodations are superb and our nephew especially enjoyed his own space with the chalet cabin. The villa has wonderful veiws of the mountains and valleys and is a 10 minute drive from the beaches and nightlife of Lloret de mar. The multi levels of patios allow you to catch the sun from rise to set and the outdoor entertaining areas accomodate large groups well. Wish we had more time to spend in the area as there is so much to do and never enough time. Day trip to Barcelona was easy out of Blanes on a train that runs the coast, and the city of Gerona reminded me very much of Florence but with a Spanish French overtone. If we make it back we will defintely rent this villa again.
