Step out from the large terrace to the inviting 10 x 5 swimming pool with sunbathing deck and massive feature sala where you can take your drinks or enjoy a meal. The large, lush, tropical garden is an oasis of tranquility in a dream setting which is totally secluded. The Villa itself is of contemporary design and there is ample parking for 3 cars- 2 under cover-secured by electronic gates. The lounge is 70sq m and has a very high wooden vaulted ceiling and a minstrels gallery overlooks from the first floor. Three double French doors lead to the large terrace. The floors are marble throughout and furnishings are new and of top quality teak and leather. Enjoy the 42 in plasma TV and a full home theatre with surround sound will add to your enjoyment. ADSL is also included. There is a luxury fully equipped kitchen with units by Fagor. Three bedrooms are en suite with King size teak beds. The 4th has Queen size and 5th is a single. They both share the guest bathroom with shower.

This beautiful Villa is just minutes drive from Rawai beach with spectacular views over the islands and a short distance further on is stunning Nai Harn beach- one of the best on the Island. Rawai is an old port and from here long-tail boats depart for nearby Coral Island, Ko racha Yai. For snorkeling and diving trips. Chalong is 10min drive and is the largest port that has all kinds of boats including cruisers which will take you to Phi Phi Island Maya Bay- all at very reasonable prices. Yes, this is an ideal base from which to explore the island. Thai massage is available on the beach and there are very good quality Spas and beauty treatments. There is elephant trekking, horse riding, game fishing, go karting, golf, sailing all a short distance away and of course shopping either in the local markets orCentral Mall Phuket town or Jung Ceylon Patong where some wonderful bargains can be bought. Exciting nightlife is nearby at Kata/Karon but Patong only 30min must be experienced.

  • The master bedroom (40sq m) has large en suite and separate sitting area overlooking the Riding School. The 2nd bedroom (36sq m) is on 1st floor has separate bathroom and extensive use of wood makes this a delightful room. The 3rd bedroom (25sq m) incorporates toilet and shower and has double French doors leading onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Bedroom 4 (15sq m) is next to the guest bathroom and has 32 in TV and DVD. Bedroom 5 (12sq m) is small and suggested as either a child's or nanny's room. It has a fan and single bed. The bathroom and shower are located downstairs. 4 bedrooms have air con.

The villa: This luxurious Villa has been completely refurbished to a very high standard specifically for the rental market. It is spacious and well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a real pleasure. There are many books and DVDs for your enjoyment and there is Cable TV provided as well as ADSL in the lounge for your computer. Car hire can be arranged. Daily cleaning service is included with twice weekly bedding change. There are 4 double bedrooms but the 5th is quite small with a single bed. It is Ok for use as a child's room or perhaps for a Maid.

Phuket Island Region: Phuket is definately one of the most exciting and attractive areas of Thailand but the Southern part is undoubtedly the most beautiful.There is so much to do and the people themselves are guaranteed to give you a warm welcome in this 'Land of Smiles' Phuket is a Mecca for watersport lovers and few visitors leave without seeing the view and spectacular sunsets at Prom Thep Cape. The small Kata Noi and Nai Harn Beaches are popular and the diminutive and charming Ya Nui beach is popular with the locals. Snorkelling is a pleasure and there are corals where one can see dazzling fish. Rawai beach has many restaurants overlooking the water where boats go to the nearby islands. Buy fresh fish from the local Sea Gypsies or buy souvenirs. There are top class International restaurants nearby and an abundance of very good quality local Thai food. The choice is yours- relax on the white sandy beaches or be more energetic and go on one of the many activities available- either way have fun!

Climate: Phuket`s rainy season runs from May until end of October with the last two months having the most rainfall. However, even in the rainy season there are long periods of sunshine each day. Low season is a nice time to visit Phuket as most of the crowds have gone and weather can still be glorious.

Great property in a fantastic area of Phuket

This was a great house for our family reunion of all ages. The pool and garden are wonderful for entertaining and the house is a good size so you do ger some privacy. The house is very private and in a great location to explore the rest of the island. We had motorbikes instead of cars and found it easy to get around by taxi or public buses. There are shops with basic items within walking distance and some great seafood restaurants at rawai beach only 5 min drive away. can't wait to get back there again very soon.

Great comfort in South Phuket

Our family was very pleased with the excellent villa in a great environment. Jogging under rubber trees and coconut palms, excellent restaurant nearby (Manao at Rawai Beach) and great equipment in the villa made our stay relaxed and memorable. Airconditioning in all our 4 bedrooms, clean and big swimmingpool and green big garden. On top the friendly service with daily total cleaning, dish washing and laundry help by the always smiling pearl in house keeping named Joy. A car is needed to get to the bigger tourist places like Kata Beach or Patong. We highly recommend this villa as the price compared to content is one of the better deals on Phuket. We hope to come back soon.

Phukets Perfect Paradise Villa

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in April 09 and had a fantastic time. This villa is in a quieter part of Phuket between Chalong and Rawai, and is next to Phuket Horseiding Club. It is in a very peaceful location and it is lovely to relax some days in the superb mature garden by the private pool.
The villa is in Thai style, with a modern interior and spacious rooms well decorated also in the Thai style. It had regular maid service and was kept very very clean and tidy at all times.
We had an excellent holiday and found the british owner of the villa very friendly and helpful. We would advise anyone going, to hire a car as there is so much to see in the area, and it does not cost a lot to hire a vehicle.
There are some great trips to do from Chalong bay, but I would recommended anyone to do a trip with Gordon from River Rovers who operate from Chalong. We did an Eco trip through the mangroves saw monkeys and swam in area's where tourists don't go, it was just a superb day.
Nikita's Restaurant on Rawai Beach was our favourite restaurant, good food great location, and also Friendship Beach Restaurant was also lovely.
Would recommend anyone to stay in this villa.

This was a real gem. Spacious, clean, well maintained property. Beautiful enclosed large garden, safe for children or those with disabilities; pristine swimming pool,and delightful old sala. perfect for dining. Easy access for several vehicles via electronic gate. Friendship Beach, a small intimate restaurant / resort less than two minutes by car - talk to Charlie, the top American chef. There are many beachfront restaurants within five minutes, all competitively priced, adding to the attraction of renting this wonderful villa. We spent six months in this absolutely perfect location.

The Villa made out stay on Phuket all the more enjoyable. It is impecabaly kept with all the neccessary facilities to make our stay as easy as possible. We particularly enjoyed the the sun deck and large swimming pool. We intend to use this apartment for our next trip to Phuket and hopefully that will be very soon. Thanks. Harold
