La Flor (The Flower) is an upscale small beachfront single family home community on the quiet north side of Jaco beach (only 29 homes). Only a 3 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops yet far away from the traffic. It is gated and has 24 hour security. There is high speed internet connection at this house.
La Flor del Paraiso is the 7th house from the beautiful beachfront pool and club with waterfalls.
It is lavishly decorated, including original thick wooden Costa Rican furniture, cabinetry and French doors. The floors are a pleasure to the eye: a combination of rustic hand painted tiles and wood make this house unique at La Flor.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV, DVD, armoire and an en suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub. The second (Double bed) and third (2 Twin beds) bedrooms have large closets. They share a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with a table, chairs and an umbrella.
