La Flor (The Flower) is an upscale small beachfront single family home community on the quiet north side of Jaco beach. Only a 3 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops yet far away from the traffic. It is gated and has 24 hour security.
La Flor de la Colina (The Flower of the Hill) is the 3rd house from the beautiful beachfront pool and club with waterfalls. It is lavishly decorated with elegant wooden furniture and features a heated jacuzzi on the back patio. All three bedrooms are upstairs and have balconies. The terrace upstairs has two lounge chairs with umbrella.
