This modern, high quality detached villa is located in a quiet area residential area within easy walking distance of the ‘Son Saura’ beach as well as many local shops and restaurants. The Son Parc Golf course is just 1.6km away. The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor, of a spacious lounge with fireplace and a separate fitted kitchen-diner having a range of modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and stainless steel extractor. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and a nice shower room on this level. External stairs from the pool terrace lead up to a self-contained master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV (English), DVD player and a CD/Music system.

Son Parc is a small resort on the north coast of Menorca, just 30km from the Capital, Mahon and the Airport. Most visitors choose Son Parc for the lovely Son Saura beach and newly extended golf course.. The beautiful blue flag beach is not large but easily copes with visitors in the summer and has ample parking. There are lifeguards and you can hire sun beds and parasols as well as pedaloes, canoes and windsurfing equipment. At the west end of the beach is a café with refreshments and ice creams etc. For families with small children the opposite end is ideal as the sea is very shallow for quite a way out. The golf course is the only one in Menorca. Claiming to be championship quality it is ideal for beginners and experienced golfers. The main commercial centre of Son Parc offers an excellent range of cuisine from traditional Spanish including fish restaurants through to Chinese and even an English Bar. There is also a selection of shops, a supermarket and gift shops.
