Detached villa with private pool and very easy access to Disney

A lovely 3 bedroom detached holiday home overlooking Lily Loop Lake. This spacious property has a wonderful open outlook over the lake in a peaceful and extremely accessible position. It has a private pool, which can be heated, air conditioning/heating throughout, good sized rooms and two full bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large American fridge/freezer. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. There is off street parking and a double garage.

Oak Island is a beautiful area, and this particular property overlooks Lily Loop Lake, which is a peaceful location very close to the Disney area. Other places of interest such as the town of Celebration, Wet and Wild, SeaWorld, Belz shopping mall and of course Universal Studios are also just a short drive away. Major highways also give easy access to all of Florida, other major tourist attractions and is also very close to Orlando airport.

The supermarket is approx 1 mile away with the new Super Wal-Mart less than 5 mins away. There are numerous restaurants such as Outback, TGI Fridays, Indian, Chinese restaurants, Red Lobster, Pizza delivery and other great restaurants in Celebration village. If you like classic cars then Old Town is the place to visit on Saturday night for the antique car show.

The beach is about one hour's drive away on Highway 192.

A wonderfully located property with all facilities so close by yet in a peaceful and beautiful setting.

we would just like to say that the photo shot you have of the pool and deck area just does not do this villa justice. we were absolutely delighted with the huge deck and the view of the lake whilst remaining secluded.
we would very much like to book this villa agin in the future.

This villa is very well situated for all the theme parks it is also within 2miles of most of the resturantes such as wendys, golden corral ,shoneys, perkinst,j fridays and cracker barrel there are also a lot of others, the area is well kept and the villa its self is very nice and well maintained, large rooms nice two single bedroom for the kids tv in every room and dvd player in lounge would recommend to anyone .If i do back to florida this the villa i will rent

This is a VERY nice house with all possible amenities, which comfortably sleeps four adults and two children without additional cots or fold-aways etc. It literally is 5 minutes drive from Disney and is located just 2 minutes from a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. It's in a nice quiet neighbourhood with safe off street parking and good security for your posessions and family. There's even a big safe for your valuables, free UK phone calls, cable TV, fast broadband - bring your own ethernet cable - and there are a few free wi-fi signals available all around the house too. The owner is very helpful, and provided every imaginable thing for us. Loved the pool and sun deck with nice view of lake. Highly recommended.
