About Valerie

Paul and Valerie Greenway live near Monterey Bay California with their two children Kevin (12) and Lauren (9). They look forward to trading their foggy coastal summer for warm summer fun in Northern Michigan. The kids love their Michigan “home” and vacation memories.

Paul spent his summer vacations with family in this very location. We are excited to continue another generation of this tradition with our children and our Michigan family. Harborage Pointe fit our needs and has exceeded our expectations. Our immediate neighbors reside here during the summer and we have made great friends during our visits.

The condo itself was awesome! Very clean. Great view each morning while we drank our coffee. Plenty of room for 2 couples. The only issues were the grill was inoperable, which changed our menu slightly for the week and that you are required to wash the bedding and towels before your departure. I feel that needs to be included in the description of the property and in the contract so people know a head of time.

I hope you had a great trip. I am disappointed you did not contact me directly as I could have resolved any issue with the BBQ promptly. The housekeeping suggestions are for caretaker convenience and not a requirement. Furthermore, since I do not charge deposit or cleaning fees I am surprised this was a concern. Happy Travels, Valerie
