This exquisite South Palm Springs vacation rental has 2,300 sq ft of interior space (high ceilings make it seem larger), private backyard with saltwater pool, jacuzzi, misting system and guest house with courtyard patio.
As a former model home, the developer outfitted it with upgrades & amenities for the most discriminating tastes. They include, interior/exterior built-in speakers, GE Monogram appliances, saltwater/pebble tec pool and spa, built-in BBQ w/ smoker, wood & wood-beam ceilings, tile countertops, tile floors, water features, Marble fireplace, quality cabinetry & fixtures and more.
The grand master suite is luxury personified. The bedroom, for example, has a 2008-new King size bed with Westin hotel "Heavenly" mattress. Across from the bed is a sitting area with seating for 4 and a coffee table. A sliding glass door opens to the private backyard, pool, spa and mountain views. Across from this wall of glass is a 37" wall-mounted flat screen TV, and above it all is a unique wood beam ceiling and ceiling fan. Another unique feature of the grand master suite is its massage room. This separate room has a professional massage table and large window with mountain view. A hallway leading to the master bathroom has his and her walk in closets on either side. The master bathroom itself has tile floors, a large oval bathtub surrounded by rich granite tile, duel vanity and a spacious granite tiled shower. The private watercloset has a window, fine cabinetry and wall-mounted magazine rack in it.
The second master bedroom is located across a furnished courtyard in the guest house. Double glass doors open to tile floors, a Queen size bed, nightstands, dresser, walk-in closet and 37" wall mounted flatscreen TV. The bathroom has a glass and tile stall shower.
A third bathroom/powder room is near the entrance to the main house and its living room. The living room is great for entertaining or just enjoying your favorite TV show on its 48" wall mounted flatscreen High definition TV. The TV is mounted above a granite gas fireplace and below box windows and an elegant wood-beam ceiling. Tile floors, two sliding glass doors, built-in speakers, courtyard view and more make this room an experience.
The adjacent dining room contains a large table, eight chairs, built-in wood buffet & cabinets & designer light fixture. The South-facing sliding glass doors combined with a West-facing picture window fill your dining experiences with Palm Springs sunshine and mountain views.
The gourmet kitchen is also adjacent to the living room. Dividing it from the living room is a wetbar with wood cabinets & tile countertop. the kitchen itself has GE Monogram stainless steel appliances (including a five-burner stove top), center island with stools, large window with view of bubbling water fountain and ample wood cabinets for storage. The laundry room is off of the kitchen and includes a washer/dryer, cabinets, sink and door to the vacation rentals two-car garage.
A South-facing walled backyard allows for beautiful views of the nearby Southern hills as well as Mt. San Jacinto to the west. The private yard includes a pebble tec saltwater pool and spa, misters, built-in BBQ with smoker, outdoor speakers, six lounge chairs and a covered patio off of the dining room. You can also access the backyard from the grand master bedroom via a sliding glass door.
