Our only apartment located facing the ocean, le Miramar offers an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Gascogne from the living room and the private terrace. The apartment was entirely renovated in 2011, but its location in the heart of the historic centre of Biarritz provides old style charm to this contemporary residence.
The open plan living room is the master piece of this vacation rental. A double sliding patio-door opens onto a terrace overlooking the ocean. The adjacent wall has elegant glass doors, which, opened or closed, offer an exceptional view of the beach and the lighthouse. The modern furniture, its high ceilings, and the exposed old brick give the living room a loft-like style. This style is enhanced by the fully fitted kitchen, which features black and steel fittings. The grey concrete kitchen counter fits 6 persons(just like the rest of the house). The3 bedrooms were fully renovated to offer you a five star hotel quality stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other one has 2 single beds that can be out together. Our manager will do everything in his power so that your stay exceeds all your expectations. We can organize your activities, hire a vehicle or even make restaurant reservations.
Regarding the location, you could not be closer to the beach, since it is only a few steps away. Miramar beach is very peaceful and less visited by the summer crowds. You will also have access to a card that will grant a 50% reduction in the price to use the pool and the spa in Sofitel, located only 50 meters away from the apartment.
The district tells the story of Biarritz. It features the l’Hôtel du Palais and the Imperial Spa, which was built by Napoleon the third in the 16th century. If you are looking for a little hustle and bustle, downtown is only 300 meters away from the Miramar apartment. You will also have 2 private parking spaces and a card that allows you to use the spa and pool in Sofitel with a discount.
