Marina Haven- Large Luxury 1050sq ft condo located in beautiful Marina Del Rey right on the Marina docks, less than a mile from the beach and the Venice Media District. This fully furnished 1 bedroom condo is perfect for vacationers as well as corporate or executive suite or a temporary relocation residence.

The condo is in the luxury towers of the Marina City Club, the Marina's only waterfront community, is located on an upper floor of the center tower w/ panoramic marina and ocean views. The Marina City Club offers all the amenities you could hope for, such as Fitness Center and spa on site as well as restaurant with room service. Facilities include Gourmet restaurant with Full Bar, City Cafe, Beauty Salon, on-site grocery store, Coffee House, Snack Bar, postal services, 6 tennis courts, 3 racketball courts, 2 paddle ball tennis courts, 3 heated swimming pools, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, spa and yacht club.

The bedroom includes a tempurpedic queen size bed with down comforter. Condo also has a Full-size pull-out Murphy bed that can sleep 1 to 2. Located minutes from LAX and the Venice Media District. Easy access to the 10 and 405 freeways, as well as to boating and water sports, fine restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, fast-food services, dry cleaners and other domestic services.

Queen Tempurpedic Bed, 42'(living room) and 25' (bedroom) Flat screen TVs w/ DirecTV Premier cable package on both TVs (265+ channels; 60+ Movie and Sports channels including local channels; 60 channels of satellite radio featuring music, news, sports and enternainment). Maid, laundry service, chauffeur, massage treatments, food and liquor services can be arranged for additional fees. Local and long distance (within USA) phone service, satellite TV, wireless cable modem, covered parking and utilities included.

SOUTH BAY BICYCLE TRAIL: Bike, skate, walk or run along a 26-mile coastal path that stretches from Malibu through the Marina south to Palos Verdes.

BEACHE INFO: You are able to walk from Marina City Club to a marina beach. You also have the option of going to the ocean which is approximately 15 minute walk or even quicker by bike!

I loved my stay at the condo at Marina City Club. This is my thrid visit now. The views are spectacular, the neighborhood is nice and quite, and the location is great. I will be coming back.
