Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Rates for Bank Holidays and Half Term may differ.
  Off-peak start and finish days may be variable on request.
  A non-returnable deposit of £200 per week is required to confirm the booking. The balance to be paid and cleared at least four weeks before occupation. A Security Deposit (cash) may be required on certain occasions. This must be paid to the Housekeeper on arrival and will be refunded- in full- subject to any damages/breakages being incurred.
  Confirmation of booking will be made by email on receipt and clearance of deposit.
  Clients must ensure that all payments are made with all bank charges paid including any charge made by the receiving bank for clearance of the transaction. This particularly applies to payments made from outside the U K
• Rates for additional nights will be charged pro-rata if available.
  Weekend breaks and midweek breaks may be available off peak. Prices on request.
  The cottage is available from 4.00 pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure. Luggage may be left at the cottage outside these times by arrangement.
