This villa is located in a quiet residential area within easy reach of Nerja’s sandy beaches. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the area including a new supermarket. The centre of Nerja its array of shops, restaurants and nightlife as well as the famous ‘Balco de Europa’ is less than 2km away. The villa is constructed on three levels and comprises of an entrance hallway, with guest cloakroom, lounge / dining room and patio doors to an outside covered terrace. There is a separate, modern kitchen. Stairs from the hallway lead down to pool level where there are two double bedrooms, both having access to the gardens and pool area through patio doors. There is also a twin bedroom' a family bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine on this level. The master double bedroom on the upper floor benefits from a large private sun terrace with distant sea views. There is also a superb en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubical.

A Nerja villa rental is a great way to enjoy this popular resort. Nerja is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tejeda mountain range. The focal point of the town is the magnificent marble-paved promenade, Le Balcón de Europa, which protrudes on a rocky outcrop between two bays. It is a very pleasant area to stroll around in the evening to take in the many stunning views, the street entertainers and to sample the irresistible local ice cream. A tour round the town can be taken in an open buggy – a favourite with children and parents alike. There are a number of superb Blue flag beaches and rocky coves to explore in Nerja. One of the most popular being the ‘Burriana Playa’ with its gently sloping golden sand, beachfront bars and numerous restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh fish and see food cooked over charcoal.

Stayed in this Villa 11th - 18th July 09. The group didn't want to leave! It's a beautiful Villa, the pictures don't do it justice. In a perfect location to walk into Nerja town, although takes about half an hour, not 10 minutes as the descriptions say! Plenty to do in Nerja itself, esp nice of an evening, loads of tapas bars and cocktail bar's to keep you amused! Caves of Nerja only a 10 minute drive from the villa, at 8.50 Euros not too bad at all, we went in heat of the day to keep in the cool :-) Villa has all the essentials you'd need as a home away from home, we wanted for nothing. Pool was plenty big enough for 8, and was so warm after being heated by the sun all day. The only thing we thought that could have been better was the BBQ, it was tiny for 8 people but we managed Spanish style and took our time with it. All in all, 10 out of 10.
