A Perfect Family Beach Retreat:
This lovely home is perfect for families since it has two master bedrooms, plus two more nice bedrooms. It's very spacious and airy, with a big country kitchen, and a flow-through floor plan, lots of nooks and crannies, two decks and sun porch overlooking a gorgeous woodland full of birds, spring peepers, blueberry bushes, a koi pond, seating and outdoor grill. Have dinner al fresco on the deck or in the dining room with its French doors wide open onto the same woodland scene. Truly a kids paradise, but also a cool, summery, paradise for any age. Autumn is a special season with brilliant colors turning right in the backyard.
The house is privately owned and managed. We, the owners stay here frequently ourselves, and oversee all cleaning and maintenance. We live an hour away in case any problems or questions arise during your rental stay. We pride ourselves in keeping the house and all the furnishings spotless, all equipment clean and in good condition, and every detail perfect.
Quiet neighborhood with amenities:
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with no traffic, yet very near all the major shopping and attractions one could want. The street in front of our house is very quiet, perfectly safe to walk along to the four tennis courts just two houses away, to the darling wooden pirate ship-themed fenced playground right next to the tennis courts, and to the swimming beach with its boat dock, kayak landing, warm salt water, and gentle waves. Areas on the beach are perfect for either the serious fitness swimmer or the smallest child to splash and play. You can fish off the dock, or use our crab net to catch your dinner.
The Eagle Pond conservation area across the street has miles of wooden natural paths, a large fresh water pond to swim in or for children to fish in.
