This home really is stunning. The south facing pool is in a very quiet location not overlooked whilst overlooking a superb new golf course and lake through beautiful trees. Maintained, furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. This property was only built in 2006 so is in perfect condition. The large living room with Cable TV, overlooks the very spacious pool deck and spa by the pool. Large well equipped kitchen, bikes in the garage, huge deck area. On a quiet residential street, very close to some fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops, golf courses, in fact virtually everything you could wish for is within 15 minutes. Essential to your holiday is to know that you home is well looked after, our management company is 100% excellent, ensuring you have a superb holiday and we know you and our home are well cared for. We can help with extra and special requirements, such as a bar-b-q, cribs/cots for children, welcome pack of groceries, in fact IF WE CAN WE WILL is our motto.

Pine Valley has the newest golf course on Rotonda, due to be open in January 2008. This is rumoured to be one of the best golf courses in the Charlotte County area. This home is ideally located for the nearby beaches on Boca Grande and Minnesota Cay, as well as the beaches on Palm Island and Don Pedro Island which are only accessible by boat. Boat rental is easy and very popular. Shopping mal is only 10 minutes away and there are some fantastic restaurants very locally. Rotonda has its own park and children’s play area just 5 minutes from home. Wild life of otter, osprey and many others are often seen on Rotonda whilst in the inter-coastal you will nearly always see dolphin and even occasionally a manatee.

Superb house and location. Excellent local golf and the beaches are fabulous. Home was perfect. Thanks. Peter and Liz, Cornwall. WOW of WOW, so much better than we expected. Kids loved the pool and the spa was fab'. We will definitely be back next year. The Browns. Herts. Great home and location. So quiet yet there is everything you could want nearby. Spent loads of time on Boca Grande Beach which is wonderful. Some excellent restaurants we loved Farlow's on the water. Fisherman's village is excellent. Best holiday ever. Thank you. Danny, Mary and the children.

Superb accommodation and everything we needed

This was a very high quality accommodation with tremendous attention to detail and spotlessly clean. Extremely spacious and with high quality furnishings, plus the little extras such as gas barbecue, toys for the pool and the bikes made it an ideal escape from the noise and crowds of Orlando and the theme parks. Nothing was needed and it was one of the best self-catering properties we have ever stayed in.
Loved spending time around the pool and also going to Gasparilla Island.Children loved their fishing trip with Grande Tours and we also enjoyed the Fishery restaurant and the Loose Caboose in Boca Grande itself.
Couldn't recommend it enough. Only gripe was there wasn't a visitor's book as we always find these useful with recommendations etc.

Spent Christmas in this wonderful villa. Have now stayed in 4 villas in Florida and this was the best yet! Close to Gasparilla Island and other great beaches. Bikes provided so you can cycle around. Pool and spa very nice and large lanai. Rooms very nicely decorated. Villa very clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. P & M (UK)
