The ideal solution for your holiday in Venice at a competitive price, avoiding the expensive Venice’s park system. The bus ticket from Favaro Veneto to Venice Piazzale Roma terminal costs 1.10 € only per person. The same rate of 1.10 € to go to the railway station in Mestre or to Venice airport. Refined and spacious rooms, all comforts, feeling at home, parking. Bruno and Simonetta, the owners, will give you the best suggestions to spend a good time in Venice. Maps, guides, art books at your disposal. The house is located in the centre of Favaro Veneto; all daily shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurant and pizzeria really close. Easy to get to hypermarkets and commercial areas, even by public bus. Bus stops to Venice 100 metres from the house. Trips every 10 minutes.

The apartments are located closed to the highways A/4 Milano -Venezia and A/27 Belluno – Venezia (3km) closed to the Venice International Airport Marco Polo ( 4 km) and Railway Station of Mestre-Venezia ( 5 Km). Excellent location for rapid connections with Venice also in night time and for excursions to the cities of Verona and Garda Lake, Padova Treviso. Jesolo beach with its fine sand is 35 km far from our house. Dolomiti mountains with the famous Cortina, the Dolomiti's pearl, easy to get by motorway. In the surrounding San Giuliano Park on the lagoon offers astonishing view of Venice.

Great Experience!

This is a great little apartment that is fully maintained with great self-catering. There is a cooktop stove with microwave/convention oven combo. Everything I needed was there. Also TV if you speak Italian. Bed was comfortable and great Shower/bath/spa.

It was in imaculately clean condition on arival with everything that it was advertised to have.

I got lost on my way there so my advice is to print out good instructions before you go. I ended up so far in the wrong place that the owner came and got me in his car. Very nice gesture that was greatly appreciated!!

Once there I was given good instructions for getting in and out of town and didn't get lost again. Buses are not so regular so you have to do a bit of pre-planning and allow for a 20min bus ride but otherwise fine.

Supermarket, fresh green goceries, butcher and bakery all in walking distance made life easy. There is also a big commercial supermarket at the Venice Bus Terminal if there is anything you can't get near by.

The owners were really lovely and were willing to give me all the advice I needed, plus use of their washing machine. They are the best host's I have experienced in my 2months of traveling.

Definately worth coming back to!!

Hi!
This was one of the most relaxing holidays I've had in my life. Everything about the place was perfect!!!
Not far from the center of Venice (15-20 min. by bus).

Simonetta and Bruno's advice and helpfulness enabled us to find out and learn lot's about the culture and region.

Great alternative to Venice.

If you want a cheaper, more local experience to staying in a hotel in Venice then this is the place for you.
We stayed in the smaller of the apartments and found it to be as described, neat, clean and well maintained. Well suited for a couple.
Our hosts were excellent ambassadors for the region and happy to answer any questions.
The location suits those who want to wander to the local bakery, butcher or fish monger. It's easy and cheap to get into Venice with local buses within 250m.
Our only qualm was the air-conditioning which perhaps requires servicing as it was barely a fan.
Overall not only would we recommend (and have already done so) but would return and stay again ourselves.

We had a nice time at the apartment, it is clean and you find everything you need. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. The contact with them was personal and pleasent! Much better then a stay in a huge and busy hotel.

In Favaro you find some places were you can eat, supermarkets, banks, and other shops you need. With the bus you are in Venice within 15 minutes. Other cities are also within reach, especially when you have a car.
