This beautiful, luxuriously furnished villa has the advantage of being recently built but in a mature, established and exclusive location, Cap-de-La-Nao, a local beauty spot. Set in a 3rd of an acre, with a high degree of privacy it has air conditioning, wi-fi, a private pool, south facing 200sqm pool terrace, beautiful upper level panoramic lounge, BBQ, 2 levels of sun terrace with sea views, ample garden furniture, 6 sun beds with cushions, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable wide screen TV with over 30 english channel including Sky Sports, DVD player etc.
Casa Isabella is less than 300m from the cliff edge with its breathtaking sea views and in a quiet area of Javea dominated by Cap-de-la-Nao lighthouse. Although a peaceful area restaurants, tennis courts and a supermarket are within 300m with many more local facilities just a short drive.
Javea's charms include its historic old town, marina and the Arenal beach. There are many golf courses such as the 27-hole La Sella. Even though the villa is in a sought after up-market area, attractions for young children such as the Terra Mitca Theme and Water Parks at Benidorm are within a 40 minute drive
Location, location, location...: Javea has so much going for it; although it is cosmopolitan it is still Spanish without a high rise package tour hotel in sight. There are a number of distinct part of Javea; the old town, the marina area, Arenal beach and Cap de la Nao. There are a number of beaches and coves and 'miradors' or viewing points with spectacular views across the Costa Blanca. A number of these are within walking distance of the villa.
Cap de la Nao, at the southern tip of Javea is a local beauty spot with its light house, nature reserve and cliffs. It is a very green and sought after area with few opportunities to build a new property to the standards one expects these days. This is a large one third of an acre plot which is both private and peaceful. It is south facing with extensive terraces with the sun from dawn to dusk and a beautiful upper panoramic sun lounge in case it turns cooler or for out of season use. In this part of Spain it is reported that there are around 320 days of sun throughout the year. Around 300 yards from the villa are spectacular cliff top views with two excellent cliff top restaurants. There is also an excellent large supermarket and tennis courts within walking distance.
Quality, quality, quality...: Probably, like us, you have rented property in the past and been disappointed with the quality and with furniture you would not have in your own home.
We have paid careful attention to all aspects of our villa. All of the furniture is brand new including the leather suites in the downstairs and the upper panoramic lounge and the elegantly interior designed soft furnishing, custom made for each room. All the beds are excellent quality with a king size bed in the master bedroom. The overall feel is of a modern light and airy luxury holiday home but it has been furnished and equipped as if it was our main residence.
The private plot has been carefully and professionally landscaped by one of Javea's best garden designers with tiered terraces, substantial planting and a large lawn area. The plot has been planted all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees to ensure privacy.
Detail, detail, detail...: We built this villa to our own detailed specification based on our experiences of renting accommodation which was often not to the standard we would have liked.
We specified a large en suite shower room for the master bedroom, a good sized en suite bathroom for the second bedroom and the third bedroom has an ample shower room adjacent to the bedroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a TV. We have also provided cable TV with around 30 English channels.
We insisted on an large upper terrace accessible from both the master bedroom and upper lounge and positioned the house to ensure maximum sun on the pool and terraces. We added an upper sun lounge, ideal for autumn and spring when the evening temperatures fall and great for summer to overlook the pool and garden.
Finally we extensively landscaped the garden for privacy and enjoyment with enough garden furniture so there are no fights over the sun loungers!
