This beautiful, luxuriously furnished villa has the advantage of being recently built but in a mature, established and exclusive location, Cap-de-La-Nao, a local beauty spot. Set in a 3rd of an acre, with a high degree of privacy it has air conditioning, wi-fi, a private pool, south facing 200sqm pool terrace, beautiful upper level panoramic lounge, BBQ, 2 levels of sun terrace with sea views, ample garden furniture, 6 sun beds with cushions, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable wide screen TV with over 30 english channel including Sky Sports, DVD player etc.

Casa Isabella is less than 300m from the cliff edge with its breathtaking sea views and in a quiet area of Javea dominated by Cap-de-la-Nao lighthouse. Although a peaceful area restaurants, tennis courts and a supermarket are within 300m with many more local facilities just a short drive.

Javea's charms include its historic old town, marina and the Arenal beach. There are many golf courses such as the 27-hole La Sella. Even though the villa is in a sought after up-market area, attractions for young children such as the Terra Mitca Theme and Water Parks at Benidorm are within a 40 minute drive

Location, location, location...: Javea has so much going for it; although it is cosmopolitan it is still Spanish without a high rise package tour hotel in sight. There are a number of distinct part of Javea; the old town, the marina area, Arenal beach and Cap de la Nao. There are a number of beaches and coves and 'miradors' or viewing points with spectacular views across the Costa Blanca. A number of these are within walking distance of the villa.

Cap de la Nao, at the southern tip of Javea is a local beauty spot with its light house, nature reserve and cliffs. It is a very green and sought after area with few opportunities to build a new property to the standards one expects these days. This is a large one third of an acre plot which is both private and peaceful. It is south facing with extensive terraces with the sun from dawn to dusk and a beautiful upper panoramic sun lounge in case it turns cooler or for out of season use. In this part of Spain it is reported that there are around 320 days of sun throughout the year. Around 300 yards from the villa are spectacular cliff top views with two excellent cliff top restaurants. There is also an excellent large supermarket and tennis courts within walking distance.

Quality, quality, quality...: Probably, like us, you have rented property in the past and been disappointed with the quality and with furniture you would not have in your own home.

We have paid careful attention to all aspects of our villa. All of the furniture is brand new including the leather suites in the downstairs and the upper panoramic lounge and the elegantly interior designed soft furnishing, custom made for each room. All the beds are excellent quality with a king size bed in the master bedroom. The overall feel is of a modern light and airy luxury holiday home but it has been furnished and equipped as if it was our main residence.

The private plot has been carefully and professionally landscaped by one of Javea's best garden designers with tiered terraces, substantial planting and a large lawn area. The plot has been planted all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees to ensure privacy.

Detail, detail, detail...: We built this villa to our own detailed specification based on our experiences of renting accommodation which was often not to the standard we would have liked.

We specified a large en suite shower room for the master bedroom, a good sized en suite bathroom for the second bedroom and the third bedroom has an ample shower room adjacent to the bedroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a TV. We have also provided cable TV with around 30 English channels.

We insisted on an large upper terrace accessible from both the master bedroom and upper lounge and positioned the house to ensure maximum sun on the pool and terraces. We added an upper sun lounge, ideal for autumn and spring when the evening temperatures fall and great for summer to overlook the pool and garden.

Finally we extensively landscaped the garden for privacy and enjoyment with enough garden furniture so there are no fights over the sun loungers!

Absolutely gorgeous

My wife ,two teenage children and I spent a fabulous two weeks in Javea in this beautiful villa.It was really well decorated,both inside and out. All the rooms were extremely comfortable and the main bedroom was exceptional.The villa itself was even more attractive than the pictures posted on the web. The garden and pool area were very well maintained and all needs catered for. As well as that the surrounding area was very picturesque and peaceful. The owner, David was very helpful and overall our experience was a very positive one . My family would highly recommend this villa without hesitation.We've stayed in many villas over the years and this villa would definitely rank at the top.

Can I give 11 out of 10?

My family and I have been regular visitors to Javea for over 10 years and before finding your property I thought we had already discovered the best villas in the area. How wrong I was!
Casa Isabella with it’s lovely grounds, kidney shaped pool and shapely architecture including balconies and terraces is wonderfully spectacular from both external and internal perspectives.
We thoroughly enjoyed the many facilities including the generous outside areas including the tiled area around the pool itself and the gardens, the lovely pool which was just the right temperature, the two independent lounge areas (one upstairs) both with flat screen TV’s offering multiple channel choices (most useful when you have kids of various ages) and the luxurious bedrooms so beautifully equipped (including more TV’s!) and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning provided perfect room temperatures (we all slept really well and utilised the shutters on the windows as black-out blinds ensuring the kids awoke fresh faced and most importantly not prematurely!) and the several dining and relaxing areas left us regularly spoilt for choice as to where to sit!

Marks out of 10? Well it has to be a resounding 10 (can I give 11 out of 10?)

By far the best villa we have ever rented

We've taken quite a number of villa holidays over the past few years and must say that this is by far the best villa we have ever rented, in all respects. Apart from the obvious facilities the villa itself has to offer we were very impressed with the gardens, and the colour they brought particulalry at this time of year in Spain. Also the house has everything that is needed for daily living, from the smallest utensils, this can be very frustrating when they are not present! Both the restaurants on the Cap were excellent as were Los Remos and La Perla in Javea. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend the villa to others.

Beautifull Villa

We had a great holiday at casa isabella it had everything we needed and is exactly as it looks on website-beautifull.
We could walk to the supermarket , 4 restaurants and the tennis club . The kids loved the wifi and seperate 2nd lounge with their own sky tv ! Javea is a few mins away by car, we have been to javea 4 times previously and this was our favourite villa and area. We would recommend it highly.

Cap de la Nao is at the southernmost tip of Javea and is a well maintained upmarket mature residential area adjacent to the cliff top nature reserve. The property itself is a few hundred metres from the cliff edge and nature reserve with its spectacular sea views. Los Pinos Tennis Club is about 400m away with a range of floodlit courts where lessons can be arranged for children and adults. There are several restaurants and a large supermarket within easy walking distance.

It is an ideal location to unwind and relax when you wish with little need to get the car out. It has easy access to the old town and marina and beach areas of Javea. Denia (with ferries to Ibiza), Moraira, Calpe and of all of the attractions of the whole of the Costa Blanca are within easy reach.

Other Activities: Javea has a bowls club, scuba diving and much more.

Golf: The internationally renowned 27 hole La Sella course (now associated with a new Marriott International Resort Hotel) is less than 25 minutes away. In addition there is a course in Javea less than 10 minutes away, a course at Moraira, a new Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva and many many others around in the Costa Blanca area.

Notes When a booking overlaps a change in weekly rental rates then the rent is calculated on a pro-rata basis (ie the number of nights in each price bracket). Part weeks are also calculated on a pro-rata basis.

There are two lounges - the upper panoramic lounge has spectacular views over the garden and pool and is ideal for early or late season weather. The circular master bedroom upstairs has a large en suite shower room and double doors to the 1st floor sun terrace with its own table and chairs. There is also a 2nd floor terrace with sea views. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms at the end of each wing, giving greater privacy, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and a dining room with access to the covered naya and outside table and chairs. This leads to the pool, furnished terrace and large garden with its ample garden furniture including 6 sun loungers, large parasols etc. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and radio/alarm or CD/alarm and the bathrooms are well equipped with thermostatic showers, large mirrors and lights, shaver points and electric hair dryers.
