Sunset Villa Thorne is in a fantastic position in the vibrant resort on Perenera, and whilst an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, attractions, it is located in a quiet sought after area so you have the best of both worlds, either sitting around the private pool catching the sun all day or spending a well deserved day on the beach, there are plenty of shops and an excellent choice of restaurants either for lunch or a great evening out. With two double bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, this bedroom overlooks the private pool and one with two single beds, hosting an en-suite shower room/wc, both have patio doors with good size balconies. In the living area downstairs, there is one double leather bed sofa & 2 seater sofa, we can accommodate up to 6 people in the villa, the villa is furnished to a very high standard with table and chairs on the veranda for al-fresco dining and an open plan kitchen with black granite worktops to enhance the experience of your holiday.

Pernera/Protoras has it all for family and couples alike and there are plenty of activities to be had day or night, and fantastic people who genuinely want to help make your holiday experience the best it can be. Wonderful restaurants & bars, shopping and various entertainment, all of this is within walking distance from our luxurious brand new2 bedroom Sunset Villa Thorne, if you decide to go further afield there are plenty of taxis to take you to the famous Protoras Strip and Ayia Napa or any where you may fancy. Although you can take a lovely coastal walk into Protoras and Fig Tree Bay which will take approx 20 mins. Just 5mins away from the villa you will find a small water park which will keep the kids happy for a while (even the big ones) and again it's just a short walk away, including some lovely coved beaches.

  • A security deposit of 100 British pounds will be taken four weeks before you depart which will be at our disceretion and is fully refundable as long as our agents report no damage or extra cleaning cost, (to date after our first year af renting we have returned all deposits with no deductions). There is a 24 hour service available by our managing agents and owners can be called at any time. We can also organise taxi transfers and welcome packs as requested and can also organise to take you shopping or get the shopping done for you. We send out all information on the area and the property prior to departure with recommendations. You will be given fresh linen/towels on arrival and if staying longer than a week, more fresh linen will be delivered. If you would like a clean that can be organised at a small fee. We can offer excellent customer service to make your holiday special and stress free.

Notes: The villa is situated on a quiet but central development in the resort and is an ideal base for couples and families. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa but is allowed outside in the very pleasant surroundings of the patio area or the bedroom balconies. There is local satellite TV with 40 English speaking channels The living area is complimented by a 32' flat screen TV, DVD & CD player and a wii with games. You have 3 sets of patio doors leading out to the pool area and the verandah, whereby you have 6 sun loungers, a double swing seat, table and chairs for guests to relax around the pool or to simply enjoy a cold beer or maybe a nice chilled glass of Chardonnay. You can enjoy ra relaxing swim in the private pool which is basked in sunshine all day or you have lovely beachs and a new promenade into Fig Tree Bay, minutes from the villa, enjoy the lovely atmosphere of Pernera. The villa is in the heart of the resort close to all amenities with superb first class facilities.

Surroundings: Pernera is a wonderful resort with beautiful surroundings, with plenty of restaurants and bars and a lovely coastal walk into Fig Tree Bay, which has just been refurbushed and now boasts a lovely promenade of modern decking with an abundance of places to stop and drink or eat or sit and take in the superb scenery and the view of the sea. There is a marina with restaurants overlooking the sea and coved beaches. There are a variety of shops, including car hire and trips that can be booked to explore the island and plenty of bus stops and taxis are available day or night. There is a welcome pack in the villa that is very informative about the resort and the island and important telephone numbers and this is also sent ti you prior to your departure with lots of recommendations. There is a water park which is located minutes from the villa and an open top bus service to take you around surrounding areas. Pernera is a lovely location for a relaxing, entertaining, enjoyable holiday.

What a fantastic property to rent.We took our three grandchildren with us,who"s ages varied from 3 to 15,they loved the pool which was always warm and cleaned twice in the week we were there.The villa itself was superb,everything was top of the range,having two bathroom"s was wonderful as i was the only male present,so there was no problems waiting to to get ready to go out in the evening.This villa has everything you require,first class air conditioning which is an absolute must in Cyprus,Sat tv nintendo wii.The location was perfect,within walking distance to the beach and all the facilities of Pernera which has a wonderful range of restaurants you can eat around the world.The owners Paul & Sue Thorne were brilliant prior to the holiday keeping us up to date of anything we needed to know I would have no hessitation renting this villa again in the near future Jean& Vince
