Apartamento muy agradable

Esta situado en un buen lugar. No es centrico pero esta muy bien comunicado. El metro esta a menos de 5 minutos andando.
Hay un supermercado al lado.
Esta muy bien equipado
Se llega a la playa rapido.

Los propietarios son muy amables.

Lo buscamos para unos amigos franceses que vinieron y esta es la opinión que nos envian ellos:

"La location est idéalement située,dans un quartier calme,appartement bien équipé,il nous faut signaler la délicatesse des propriétaires".

Excellent apartment for rent

Very nice apartment, very clean, well-maintained and in a good location.
The owner had always provide good services, and alway with disposal to help in any subjet.
I absolut recommend this apartment!! And anytime I´ll go to Valencia, I know where to stay :)

the house where my wife and I were stay, was fantastic, there are very simply comunicacions, by bus, or by car or inclusive if you have a bicycle is wonderfull, go for the roads, and is very near the town. The house is very confortable, and has all of thinks to rest and to cook. it´s a pleasure for my and my wife, was there, if you can you have to go.

Excellent, new construction building. Good access.

The listing was really accurate, clean and provided with all sort of suppliers.

Bars and restaurants are mostly in the centrum but it is easy to arrive.
