The apartment consists of a T3 air-conditioned room with a bed for two people, an air conditioned room with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a wc, a lounge with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea, a huge green space with fruit trees and parking in a gated community.

The linens (napkins, tablecloths, towels) and toiletries (towels except beach towels) is provided.

A refreshing cocktail will be offered upon arrival and local fruits. Also, the first breakfast will be offered to facilitate your arrival and begin your stay calmly.

Other amenities: outdoor shower for the return of beach, sun beds, table, BBQ, ice, baby equipment.

There is no arrival day: it's up to you to choose your holiday.

No stress, I'm waiting with a smile. You arrive to the apartment quietly, your holiday starts.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of my dwelling. This proximity allows the owner friendliness, responsiveness and availability. But discretion is more than satisfied.

Firstly, the exterior has many advantages. A pleasant and ventilated. The garden with tropical flowers and fruit trees, sun and especially a beautiful view overlooking the bay of Anse d'Arlet and the surrounding hills will enchant you.

Then leasing is well laid out, spacious, relaxing and vis-à-vis. The kitchen is well equipped, bedding quality and amenities are many and quality (tnt television, barbecue, cooler, wifi ...).

Terrace, huge asset will be the preferred location. Indoor oriented village of Anse d'Arlet, it offers amazing views. The colors of the sea will amaze you: the translucent blue to turquoise to deep blue. A green panorama: the hills, the ancient volcanoes, forests. In addition, the view at night will give you another prespective (Bourg illuminated, shadows, reflections of the sea).

Also, you will find many small touches: a welcome cocktail, local fruits, the first breakfast ... bouquets of flowers.

Everything will be done to make your stay unforgettable!

Bungalow tres bien équipé au calme avec une vue splendide.
Nous avons passé un excellent sejour en martinique et ce logement y a contribué.
Tout proche des anses d arlet et de sa plage superbe.
Jardin avec des fruits succulents et colibris sur la terrasse; )

Sincèrement ce fut un bon séjour agrémenté par votre bon accueil et votre attachement (madame et monsieur) à bien faire, nous avons apprécié… Nous n’hésiterons pas à conseiller votre location. C’était bien de ne pas être dans les complexes touristiques que nous fuyons par ailleurs, d’acheter aux pêcheurs locaux, de parler avec les gens de là-bas, c’était bien d’être dans un autre monde ces quelques huit jours passés trop vite…
