Potamos Yermasoyia has plenty of breakfast places to start the day lazily. Coffee shops, patisseries -meanwhile the beach beckons you. Walking along the beachfront you discover other beaches; or along the adjacent coastal boulevard you successively discover all sorts of venues-coffee shops, bars, pools, restaurants, nautical clubs. Prime boutiques, malls, plenty to see, do and shop! Maybe a stop for a ice-cold cup of coffee. Convenience shops are all there, and at the end of the walk you can pick up milk, bread, cereals and a beach mat before walking back home. The best nightlife Limassol has to offer, though you can't see or hear it from your apartment is actually just 5 minutes away on foot! Dance, music, bars and pubs, people of all ages-there are venues for all kinds of people and tastes.

  • THIS 3 BEDROOM PROPERTY IS ONLY RENTED ON A LONG TERM BASIS FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS AT EURO 18,000.00 AND THE 3 MONTHS RENT IS TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE
    Once accepted, confirmed reservations are secured with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total value of your reservation.
  • Reservations cancelled within 8 to 28 days of your arrival incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
  • Ermitage Property Management Services Ltd are acting on behalf of the apartment's owner and are offering apartments for rental on condition that the tenant shall be responsible for any damage or loss, except through normal wear and tear or force majeure, to the apartment and its contents, to the electronic key card and/or the apartment key. A security deposit equivalent to one months rent (for 3 month rental) will be requested on arrival, which will be refunded on departure once the apartment has been checked for any damage or breakages.
