This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse situated near a conservation area which includes a lake.The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, the first bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes one of which we have turned into a children's bedroom and a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, and shower/bath. There is also a further family bathroom on the first floor for the twin rooms to have access too. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.
This brand new townhouse was completed in Oct 2007 and is based within a fully managed resort which , only 3 miles from the Disney resort. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.
Additional Information: We have recently updated our house and now the master bedroom and 1 twin room has a TV as doe's the downstairs double bedroom ..
In the lounge area to accompany the 42' HDTV is a DVD player .
The house is equipped to provide wireless internet throughout the property.

Regal Oaks in situated in a great location! It is in a quiet location surrounding a lake that is protected for a nature reserve. It is very close to all the major theme parks and is only a short walk into Old town and to the Highway 192. There is a bus stop a short distance away ( at the top of the road - on the192).
Me and my wonderful husband had a wonderful honeymoon here last march. And will be sure to return. Fantastic location. Close to everything u need. Large rooms. Everything u need for the perfect holiday!
The regal oaks resort is awesome! The pools are very nice. The water slides were a big hit with the kids. It is very well maintained, there is security 24/7. It is centrally located, right behind old town.there is lots to see and do! There is lots of shopping and outlet malls near by. The 4 bedroom condo offers 31/2 baths, it was neat and clean! A home away from home, at an affordable price! It was easy to book, and the owners Julie and Richard were very accommodating! I highly recommend this property!
Everything was perfect! The house is in a very quiet and comfortable area. The parks are not very far and we had restaurants and souvenirs shops very near it. All was clean and in an excellent condition. We had everything we need.
I had written some e-mails to the owner and his wife and they prepared the house for us(we were 4 adults and 4 teenagers),I was nervous because I did not know the exact time we were arriving and they told me not to worry and enjoy our stay,that was what we did!!!! They were great!!! we had no problems and obviously I would recommend this property to everybody.
We really spent a great time together and enjoyed it very much.
My Family and I stayed here the week of Christmas and it worked out perfectly for the 6 of us, with extra room to spare. We would definitely stay here again for the following reasons: The townhome was,
Clean - All rooms were very tidy and clean, dishes and bedsheets also very clean, towels were a little old, but I would just bring my own next time. There was no dust or trash or dirt anywhere, it was very professional.
Organized - I was worried we would have a lot of questions about where things go, etc. but there are little stickers everywhere with instructions and helpful hints on them that make you feel like you have been living here for a long time and know exactly what to do. There is also a condo booklet that is very helpful, but it is more general to all properties so you can find helpful numbers and location information in there.
Efficient - The space and all bedrooms have exactly what you need - no more, no less - which is perfect for people who have a lot of luggage and plan to "move-in" for a little while and make it their own space. We stayed a week and it worked out wonderfully.
Spacious - This place has 4 bedrooms! 6 beds (1 king, 1 queen, and 4 twins) 3 bathrooms, dining area, large living room, large kitchen and a back patio! It's huge! We fit 8 people for dinner. For 6 people staying all week it was more than enough room.
Well located - located right near the town of Celebration, it is within 20 minutes to the best outlet malls, theme parks and other major highways to get where you need to go. There is a Publix and 24/7 Walgreens within 5 minutes of this place and it is located in a very safe location.
Well maintained - the condo itself does look more than a few years old, but it has been so well maintained and cleaned it looked and felt like a great space for all of our family.
Safe - Property employees are constantly driving around the complex in golf carts checking to make sure everything is going smoothly.
It also looks like there will soon be a pool right in the complex, which will be great! Right now there are pool locations the staff can recommend you to.
The owners and staff were very friendly as well as prompt and responsive to help us with questions or anything we needed.
This place is definitely our Orlando home-away-from-home!
Very nice home....very clean and plenty of room....owners are more than friendly and easy to work with....location is about 10 min from Disney, which was perfect for our family since we had a toddler that needed an afternoon nap from the parks....plenty of restaurants close by, shopping outlets just minutes away as well....I would definitely recommend staying here, as we will look to stay here again, our next trip to FL
A beautiful, clean and comfortable home from home. We stayed from 7th to 21st July and were very sad to leave, we wish we could have stayed forever. It is a lovely home with a very large master bedroom with ensuite, two twin bedrooms upstairs with a separate bathroom and a double room downstairs with a bathroom. It is very close to everything you need, there is a Publix supermarket within walking distance if you can't drive or a larger supermarket is a short drive away. The Fun Spot theme park area is within walking distance as is Old Town with the Friday and Saturday night cruises. Disney is only a 5 minute drive away and Seaworld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove was only a 10-15 minute drive along International Drive (maybe even quicker on the I4). There are also a selection of shops and bars in Old Town. The management company were very quick to reply to any issues which helped make your stay stress free. Overall a fantastic house in a superb location. We recommend this house to anyone who is wanting to go to Florida. The communal pool and clubhouse are currently under construction but we look forward to staying again when these are completed.
This property provided exactly what my family needed: a clean, spacious lodging, in close proximity to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney where our son was competing, at a fraction of the cost that we would have incurred if we had opted for a room or rooms on site. The townhome was clean, more than large enough for our family of six, including two older children, and was an extremely short (7 minutes ) drive to the Sports Complex. Owners Richard and Julie were very patient and accommodating as I navigated my way through the booking process, and I was able to correspond with them directly. I would recommend this unit for anyone involved in tournament/competition at that location, or anyone that wants to leave the hustle and bustle of tourist daily life behind for a quite night of sleep.
This property is a very short walk away from Old town, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, a fairground and home of the Sky Coaster at 300ft high (Can be used as a landmark for Regal Oaks as it towers above other buildings). Old town also hosts weekly custom car and motorcycle shows. A short walk from Regal Oaks to the top of the road (192) you will find a variety of shops and restaurants. It is very close to the Disney parks (3 miles to the Disney main gate), Sea World (9.4 miles) and the Universal parks are only a short drive away (13.2miles). Busch Gardens is also a very good theme park, that mixes a zoo and theme park into one! It is a slightly longer journey of just over an hour away (1hour 10 minutes 66.7 miles). Most of the transfer buses to the theme parks stop at the top of the road ( Old Town) on the 192.
