Ideally located in the quiet countryside in the heart of the Camargue, this charming house with all modern conveniences offers quality services, refined decoration as well as important volumes.

You will appreciate its gentle lifestyle, its quietness and its green setting. Welcoming and warm, it is a family property where it is pleasant to live.

Lazing in the sun by the pool while looking at the village listed as one of the most beautiful villages of France, sipping lemonade in the shade of the fig tree or dozing under the patio will be true moments of happiness.

With friends or in family, come enjoy a sunny holiday at the foot of the Luberon.

From the entrance, you can glimpse the South-facing terrace with its fully fenced 5000 m² ground planted with trees and flowers: oleanders, hydrangeas, rose bushes, geraniums, etc.

The 10x5 m and 180 cm-deep private pool boasts of protection system with automatic shutter that traps the heat accumulated during the day. There are 7 wrought iron sunloungers with matching table and a parasol.

The pool house shelters a summer dining room with wrought iron table and chairs, a kitchen area with refrigerator, 2-ring electrical hob, sink and some cooking utensils and a toilet with shower.

Beautiful small terrace facing the kitchen: barbecue, pizza oven, pergola, climbing vine and stone table and benches for 12 persons ideal for aperitifs with friends or to enjoy a pizza.

Terrace leading to the kitchen via sliding doors: very well equipped and dining area with table for 8 persons.

Go down a step, cross the half vault and you will reach the huge living room with Provencal furniture, large travertine table and refined decoration. At the back of the room, there is a living room with fireplace, television area and stereo: very pleasant relaxing area.

2 large sliding doors open onto the large terrace covered with old tiles and exposed beams where you will have breakfast or lunch sheltered from the sun.

Adjacent to the living room, there is a toilet with washbasin at your disposal.

Les photos sont l'exacte reflet de la réalité la décoration est géniale. C'est parfait et confortable. La piscine est grande et sécurisée.Une des grandes qualités de cette maison c'est sa situation au pied d'un des plus beau village de la région , on ne se lasse pas du spectacle. De plus la région offre beaucoup d'occasion de ne pas bronzer idiot, visites de châteaux , vide greniers, musées, expositions en tous genres. Nous reviendrons c'est sur et certain dans cette maison où on sent comme chez soi..

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison très agréable à vivre. Au calme en bas du magnifique village de Menerbes, on peut aller à pied se promener dans les vignes. Nous étions avec plusieurs enfants en bas âge. La piscine est bien sécurisée et au fond du jardin, ce qui est plutôt rassurant. Le très bon point de cette maison (en plus du magnifique jardin et du vrai barbecue) : elle est habitée à l'année par les propriétaires, il y a donc tout l'équipement de cuisine nécessaire, contrairement à ce qu'on trouve habituellement dans les maisons de location.
La maison est spacieuse, et correspond à la description de l'annonce.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A louer sans hésiter pour ceux qui cherchent du calme et de l'espace.

Ménerbes: small village in the Vaucluse located in the regional park of the Luberon. It is perched on its hill overlooking the garigue and the vines of the Luberon. You can visit the citadel and its castle and the 18th century Saint-Blaise Chapel.

Inside, the narrow streets reveal a rich heritage: old houses and the town hall square with its belfry.

As many villages in the Luberon, Ménerbes seduced some famous artists such as Pablo Picasso who spent many years here.

You will find shops, souvenir boutiques and restaurants.
