Think old cobbled, Victorian streets; think historic warehouses, now converted but still bearing witness to their ancient Shad-Thames past. There are wine bars and restaurants dotted around and the river flows just moments away. This smart, executive apartment is within easy walking distance of Tower Bridge and provides a fantastic base for couples, small families or corporate stays.

Bedrooms: There’s one bedroom with a king-size bed (5ft) and charming balcony overlooking the intriguing streets below. A double sofa bed in the sitting room can accommodate an additional guest if necessary.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with built-in shower head.
Living Area: Open-plan living and dining area with table to seat 4 guests and fully equipped kitchen. The exposed brickwork, tiled balcony and wrought-iron furniture are in keeping with the contemporary and design-orientated area.
Access: Second floor, with elevator access.
Walking distance from multiple grocery stores, ATMs and charming little coffee shops, the greatest draw is the proximity to the fabulous and unique Borough Market. The nearest tube station is Tower Bridge, allowing easy access to the rest of London and a 15 minute journey to the West End.

Eagle Wharf was a refuge after days of touring and enjoying London. It's stocked with comfortable furniture spread through a varied, roomy floor plan. The colours are warm and welcoming, and there is even a cast iron warehouse support beam which has been exposed and, aside from being functional and necessary, acts as an art piece in the livingroom. My family and I enjoy preparing and eating good food, and the kitchen was perfectly sized and well appointed with everything we needed to cook the ingredients we had bought during our day. And the location... to have Tower Bridge just outside our building's door, and London Bridge train and tube station just a few minutes walk away was truly the icing on the cake that was our vacation. There's even 3 cafes and a Starbucks in the plaza just outside the entrance. Nothing more needs to be said.
We would like to also offer a warm and well deserved compliment to the staff at Ivy Lettings who were so easy to deal with, and so actively obliging to us during our stay. Well done to you all.
