A self-catering apartment accommodating up to 8 people + baby

The apartment (2nd floor with elevator, recently refurbished and redecorated) is located near the Basilica of St Paul (EUR area) and near metro station line B (4 metro stop from Colosseo). The location is comfortable and fully furnished and it is the ideal place where you can relax after having visited all the famous historical and cultural spots in Rome. Once there, you will experience the real life of the Eternal City and do what Romans do in their everyday life.

The apartment is composed of: a large entrance/living room equipped with a sofa and TV set; a bedroom with two single beds and eventual additional bed, a wardrobe, two desks, an en-suite bathroom with shower; a wide bedroom with two single beds, double wardrobe, two desks, a comfortable living area with double sofa bed and two armchairs; a kitchen with balcony fully equipped with tools, linen, 4 ring stove, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, table and chairs, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Romeandyou apartment is strategically located near the underground station, so that you can reach the heart of the Eternal City in a few minutes. The area is very well served by public bus service too and has many restaurants and shops all around. This location allows you to go the Colosseum in a while and, once there, you can start exploring all the famous historical places of Rome. In the same area where the apartment is located there are three important museums, in one of them you can admire the ruins of an ancient Roman construction which has been recovered and brought back to light. It seems that this masterpiece fell down during its construction and, thanks to the experts' work, today it is visible in all its beauty. What a find!

My friends and I recently stayed at this apartment and have no complaints whatsoever although it would have been nice if the apartment had an Electric Kettle. Only 10 mins from the Metro and a further 10 mins into the centre of Rome (only 1 euro each way). It is well worth the small travelling time to not pay the high prices charged in the centre of Rome for apartments. Whilst in Rome visit Trastevere - wonderful area and reasonably priced restaurants (we followed your advice Andrea) - set tourist menus available, but excellent food cost 18 euros. Thanks Andrea.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice, Safe and Inexpensive

We were there on an Easter break. It can accommodate 8 of us comfortably compared to the price we paid (not to mention 5-stars hotel). It's quite well-equipped. Location-wise, there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment or you may take 10 mins walk to the station. There is a big supermarket nearby just a couple minutes of walking.

Andrea is very helpful. Everything is as described with no hassle.

I will recommend this place to my friends.

Andrea has a great low-cost apartment on the edge of Rome with easy access to the Metro B line. Apartment was well furnished with everything we needed. The two bathrooms worked great for the 3 adults/3 children in our party. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals and had plenty of plates and silver for all of us. 10 minute walk to Metro and another 10 minutes on the train and you can be at the Colosseum or Roman Forum! Area has good access to convenient stores, shopping and restaurants. Can't beat the price for Value that is offered this conveniently located to Rome.

If you don't want to pay high city centre prices then this is definitely the place to go. Plenty of room in the apartment although you could only sit 4 at the table in the kitchen but there is also a balcony with table where 2 more people can sit. Close to metro only 10 minutes walk and only 6 small stops to Rome centre 3 stops to Colleseum. Quiet location with excellent cheap supermarket nearby. Weekly metro ticket for 16 euros an absolute steal as you can use this ticket on the train to vist Ostia Antica a very nice port. Andrea was very helpful and got us cheap taxi return to the airport. I would definitely come back to this apartment so look out for us Andrea!!

Took a chance and Lost

The Property was is a nice building, but the apartment needed a lot of care. It was dirty, the appliances did not work. The dishes were broken. The air conditioner was in one bedroom and did not cool the other bedroom or the kitchen. It was close to a supermarket and Ten minute walk to the Metro. I would not recommend this to anyone unless it had a lot of wok done to it. It looked like some old person had lived there and had just moved out and nothing was done to update or clean.
