A modern, luxury one bedroom apartment with convenient access to both town and surrounding countryside.
We found that the apartment offered an impressive range of facilities including a spacious and comfortable lounge with a large wall mounted TV providing access to a full range of English programmes, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs
An additional TV had been installed in the kitchen which also included use of a full oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher as well as a good range of portable electrical equipment and an excellent range of crockery and utensils.
Outside there was plenty of terrace space with two seating areas including dining facilities for parties of up to six. There was also access to the use of a brick-built BBQ and a shared swimming pool.
The apartment also had access to an underground parking space.
The one bedroom was spacious with good access to storage spacing; the bed(s) comfortable.
The bathroom again was spacious with access to a full range of modern ‘furniture’ and the provision of a more than adequate number of towels.
The apartment was located in a quiet location with easy walking access to the marina, old town, beach and railway station. Two supermarkets were to be found within a 1/2 minutes walk of the apartment as were a number of good restaurants and the ‘Lagos Golf Shop’!
Its location also made car access to the surrounding countryside particularly straightforward.
Overall, a very impressive rental apartment , one which for us was the heart of a most enjoyable holiday in Lagos.
