Kailua Kona Condo Rental Photos and Description
Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)
You have reached a place where you can finally relax and do nothing. Or you can fill each day with hiking, biking, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, whale watching, swimming with dolphins, shopping, eating, horseback riding and sand castle building. The warm balmy breezes will welcome you in the morning when you have your Kona coffee on the lanai watching for whales in the nearby ocean. The unit is decorated in tropical style. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, large closet, large dresser, and two night stands.
Our condominium is also furnished with a futon couch in the living room which will sleep two more people. There are adjustable-speed ceiling fans in all rooms. All linens and towels (bath, pool, and beach) are provided. Boogie boards for Hapuna Beach, ice chest, beach chairs, umbrella and beach mats are available for your use. There is a rice cooker, many pots and pans, wine glasses, chopsticks and dishes for up to eight+ people. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.
The famous snorkeling beach Kahalu'u (excellent for those 'timid' snorkelers) is a mere three miles south of our unit. You also have a reserved parking spot. We're about 1.5 miles from Kona town, if you're interested in walking to town.

Why Chris Landes chose Kailua Kona
Kona is a perfect escape all year long as the weather is awesome, there are activities for everyone, and the local people are friendly and helpful.
What makes this condo unique
When we visit - we snorkle, swim in the ocean, go boogie boarding, shop the farmer's markets for island grown fresh fruit and vegetables and explore new parts of the island. It's a BIG island so you never run out of adventures.
