This is a beautiful new 5 bedroom, 4 3/4 bath home with a large family room & loft, gas f/p, 2 car garage, sleeps 14 (+2 on inflatable mattress) wrap around deck with BBQ, great views of the Headwaters Golf Course and Sol Vista Ski Basin. Upper level master suite with Queen Bed, 2nd bed room has a bunk bed w/dbl on lower and day bed; Main level master suite with King bed, 26" flat screen TV, f/p, and private deck. Living room has large f/p, 42" flat screen TV w/DVD, basic cable with on demand, and wireless. Gourmet Kitchen w/double oven and convection microwave combo, 6 burner flat top, granite counters w/island seating. Lower level: master suite with a King bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 sets of trundles, 2 Queen inflatable beds (sleeps 2 more). Family room with Pool table, flat screen TV, play station, Xbox & wet bar. Great home for family reunions or large families to gather to enjoy the many activities of Grand County.
