  Non Smoking Policy - strictly non smoking. This policy includes all rooms in the premises. In the event you or any member of your party smoke in your room or in or on any part of the premises we reserve the right to charge you £50.00 for specialist cleaning to make the room fit as a non smoking environment and reserve the right to ask you to immediately vacate the premises and no refund will be
• Damage Policy - If you, or any member of your party, damage any bedding or linen, we reserve the right to charge you for specialist cleaning and or replacement of any bedding or linen.
  
  If you or any members of your party cause any damage to the interiors,soft furnishings, crocery, equipment or goods , we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repair of any such damage. All policies will be debited via the card held to reserve the booking.
  
  Cleaning will be charged if not left in the manner and condition on commencement of your holiday. This will be charged from £65.00 and will be added to the final bill. We reserve the right to debit from your card which is used to secure this reservation.
