Holly Lodge is situated on our farm at the head of the beautiful 'Fuchsia Valley of Lee'. It has four double bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. The kitchen area is in the lovely spacious living room and is fully equipped to a high standard. The Lodge enjoys views across the tennis court, farmland and to the sea at Lee Bay. A very pretty footpath will take you to the village and beach in about 20 minutes, or you can take your car and in ten minutes you are at Woolacombe with the big sandy beach and it is ideal for surfing.

Holly Lodge has four double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. It has a bathroom with bath,washbasin and toilet and a shower room with shower, wash basin and toilet. The kitchen area in the main very spacious dining/lounge is fully fitted with microwave, fridge/freezer and electric cooker. Outside there is a decked area with garden furniture and a lovely view over the tennis court and towards the sea at Lee Bay. The Lodge is situated on our working farm. We have a herd of Dexter beef cattle, and sheep, ponies and hens/ducks. We are close to the beach and Exmoor.

For those wishing to experience the rich variety of North Devon, Barnstaple has a lot to offer. One of Europe's prettiest floral towns and winner of the Britain in Bloom Award, Barnstaple has the bustling atmosphere of the traditional Pannier Market alongside the sophisticated shopping experience of Green Lanes. Butchers Row is famous for its open fronted shops which instantly transport you back to a bygone era. Driving around North Devon is an experience never to be forgotten, pretty thatched villages such as Croyde and Clovelly entice the visitor to stay awhile and sample the delights of a homemade Devon Cream Tea. Lynton and Lynmouth with its unique water driven railway joining the two towns up a shear cliff, or Watersmeet Valley with its delightful walk along the steeply wooded valleys culminating in cascading waterfalls and a Victorian fishing lodge, now a National Trust teashop. For the more energetic sports are in abundance, surfing, sailing, horse riding, fishing and golf.
