This is a new condo located in Fraser. Enjoy panoramic views of the Continental Divide from this 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bath Condominium with open living space. This condo has 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. Sleeps up to 11 people. Inthe Master bedroom there is a Queen bed and a full size futon. In the second bedroom there is a Queen bed and in the 3rd bedroom there is a twin bed plus a twin bunk. There is also sleeping for 2 in the living room on the Queen sofa sleeper.

Other Amenities include: Wood burning fireplace, Full kitchen, 42" HDTV, Washer and Dryer in unit, Gas Grill, FREE wireless interent, and is also located on the FREE shuttle route!1 car garage!
