This lovely 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom single-storey home is located in the community of Lindfields. The home features a living room with 20" TV, coimbined DVD & VCR player, CD player, ceiling fan and volume ceiling, dining area that seats 6, fully-equipped kitchen with serving hatch and breakfast nook that seats 4. The 3 bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with queen-size bed, ceiling fan, 14"TV, walk-in-closet and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool deck and includes an oval bath, shower cubicle, 2 vanities, toilet and tiled floor. There is also a full bedroom with ceiling fan and a twin bedroom. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is a communal bathroom with single vanity, bath with overhead shower and a toilet. There is a semi-private west-facing deck with heatable electric pool and screened in patio area that has a covered lanai which is carpeted and a ceiling light. The deck also has a pool blanket, 6 chairs (tubular with cushions) plus 2 further plastic chairs, 2 loungers with cushions and a large hexagonal table. The home also has a crib, high chair and will sleep 6 people.
